Unprofessional and unresponsive. I reached out multiple times for a quote on a home surveillance system installation and was ignored at every step. I spoke with someone named Dennis who sounded like he hated his job. He was dismissive and offered no real help. I won’t waste any more time with a company that can’t even handle basic communication. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Your response is false. I was never given clear pricing, nor did I receive a formal quote despite following up multiple times. To suggest that you “always respond when information is provided” is simply a big fat lie.

Trying to spin it like this just proves the point—poor communication and zero follow-through. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different company.

I was in need of an electrician.to replace 2 Fluorescent fixtures.I called Weiner Electric.and explained my situation. Mr Weiner came out and discussed what he can do for me. He said the Fluorescent fixtures in use the parts are not readily available and suggested to go with LED. He explained the concept and that in the long run they will give you way more light than ones in use now and that it would be more economical. I gave it a thought and called him back. Mr Weiner came out and replaced the 2 fixtures. Next I spoke to him about the kitchen lights. Wanted to replace the track light, the light near my window and wanted more light near the range and coffee station. He said we can replace all this with LED Hi Hats. I said ok let’s do it. He repaired the ceiling where track light was and you would never know there was a lite there. He also replaced the bulbs in my chandelier above kitchen table with LED ones.
Elliott Weiner is courteous and very knowledgeable. He know his stuff!
