The technician, Scott, completely walked me through what he was going to do, made recommendations and provided a detailed explanation of the cost before performing any work. This ensured there was no duping or up sales. The quality of his work was great and he left the area better than what he found. I would rest assured recommending them to friends and family and will use them on my next job.

The electricians were incredibly kind and professional. I will be recommending their services to anyone who needs an electrician. I had my entire home rewired and brought up to code. They cared a lot about the work they did and made my home safe.

I was hard-pressed to believe that everything we needed done would be completed in one day, but it was.
Colin came out, around my schedule, and replaced an outside light, 2 lights in our basement, fixed 2 ceiling fans, installed 2 outlets in our bathrooms, fixed 3 other outlets, and removed 3 sets of inactive wires that had been in our way for years. He was professional and friendly, answering all my questions along the way. He cleaned up after he was done, and the company called as he was still outside to make sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely recommend Thomas Edison Electric.

Outstanding service from scheduling appointment to service completion! Phone representative was courteous and promptly scheduled our appointment the following day. Our electrician, Mike, was awesome! Found my new forever electrician!! Call answered promptly by very friendly secretary. This was a Friday and she asked me when I wanted service to which I replied immediately and she sent out Jason who was very knowledgable, personable and explained the problem. Unfortunately needed new heat/vent light. Within 10 minutes of Jason leaving, office called/ordered new light/set up return appointment for Jason Monday morning 8AM and Jason arrived at 9AM. Project took a bit more work than originally thought however, Jason completed the project and was very respectful of my time knowing I had another appointment at noon. He explained the new fixture, cleaned up after himself and office called again asking if I was happy with the service. I was not happy...I was ecstatic!! It was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend them to everyone.

I can't thank Thomas Edison Electric Inc. enough. I had an issue generating power for a washing machine outlet. Turns out I needed it replaced. Hector did a fantastic job troubleshooting and breaking down everything from price and fixing the issue. The previous outlet was older than me, and the interior was corroded, so I feared it wouldn't generate any electricity at all, so you could imagine my "shock" pun intended.

So there were two Michaels hence, Mike² visited our home for power outage problem. They troubleshooted, fixed the problem, and explained everything in detail with all the risks involved. They gave us some better options which we will consider in due course of time. Thoroughly professional and nice gentlemen. Highly recommended👍🏼

Hector was very pleasant and on time. He walked me through the entire job explaining everything in detail. He answered all my questions and concerns professionally. Very communicative and very quick service! Def was expensive but I don’t know much about how much electrical work costs so! Was charged around 850 for troubleshooting why my fans weren’t working + installing a new circuit + then initial visit fee! The service was excellent though!

Mike and Mike were very professional and explained everything throughout the day. They came in a fixed many of the improper practices done by previous electricians done throughout the years by previous owners. I cannot recommend them enough.

After four contractors non of them didn’t know how install switches. I contacted GE Electrical Services they came out immediately and complete the job . I would highly recommend GE Electrical Services
