I would recommend this business to anyone. Fast and efficient service. I was really stressed out about my electricity. I called on Saturday and in one hour Mason was at my house. He analyzed the situation and reassured me that he will remedy the situation in a timely manner. Today Monday, March 13th, 2023 Mason was at my house about 8am. I left Mason at my house and I space of 4 hours my 100a was converted to 200a. Work carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Work was very neat. Please do not hesitate to use this company. You will not regret it. Mason was very professional, clean and well groomed.

Requested an estimate to install an electric outlet. Mason and Ben arrived promptly at the time they indicated and provided the estimate. Instead of scheduling a return trip to do the work, they completed it within 20 minutes. Professional, friendly, extremely courteous. I highly recommend using BG Electric and have nothing but compliments for Mason and Ben.

My husband and I have had two wonderful experiences with BG Electric. Ben was so nice and we highly recommend him. We had him out twice to come out and help fix multiple electrical problems in an old house with complicated wiring. Super fast response time and always calls ahead to let you know when he will be there. Ben also took time to explain each problem which was awesome. Great service!

What a pleasant experience. I am normally concerned with contractors of any sort coming into my home. But BG Electric made my day. From my first panicked call in the morning they had Ben, the technician at my door in less than two hours. Great experience with Mason. They partially rewired my house while I was on vacation, and kept me informed of all issues that arose. He answered me patiently and made it clear that there were no bad questions. They also replaced any broken bulbs and taped up the holes.

BG was very responsive, and always on time. Mason called any time he was heading to my house to let me know he was on the way. The quotes, the work, and everything else happened right when they said it would.

My fiancé and I woke up to an outlet in our kitchen not working as well as our hard wired dishwasher not turning on. After troubleshooting the problem ourselves, we couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

We reached out to BG Electric Service LLC expressed what was going on and luckily someone was available to come out that same day (it was a Friday and we were certain that we were going to pay out the wazooo and/or have a very difficult time having someone come out on such a short notice) It wasn’t urgent by any means either.

Mason and Ben arrived to our home very quickly provided a diagnostic test and told us what was wrong. Mason gave me an estimate of the price to fix it. The cost was extremely reasonable! Mason and Ben replaced the necessary parts to get our outlet and dishwasher running again!

Both Ben and Mason took their time to answer all my questions and fixed our electrical issues. Within 24 hours of contacted BG for an appraisal, Ben and Mason showed up, on time and quickly assessed our needs. We were emailed with a quote within 24 hours and the following day after accepting they were back to do the work on time (a little early!) And were as professional as can be. I have never dealt with a more reliable, smoothly operated company or workers before. Ben and Mason went above and beyond and pointed out other potential issues i had that weren't even Electrical related, now I finally know why my bathroom gets very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer!

Some of my rooms in my home lost power so I browsed around for electricians around the area. BG Electric was the 3rd service I called but I wish it was my first since they were the only ones that answered. They are quick to respond and were able to find a techinician to come by on the same day. Mason and Ben did a great job explaining what the issue was and were willing to fix it on New Years Day. They upgraded my breaker box, installed grounding and fixed connections in a prompt manner and also kept my place tidy.

The servicemen, Ben and Gino, were very courteous and respectful of me my property and everything was cleaned up after the job. They installed a Ring flood light and even helped me set up the Ring App.The work was done quickly and informed of their progress the entire time. The price was very reasonable I would definitely recommend this company. I have used their services 4 times.

These guys are absolutely incredible! We had bought an old home that needed a lot of work, replacing knob and tube, running new wires, new outlets, fixture installation, you name it we had to get it done. They were responsive, on time and did an impeccable job. They were always helpful and happy to answer the number of questions I had. They are clearly very knowledgeable about their work. Amazing work done by this company. The estimate was spot on target with what I had expected (very competitive). They were able to get the job done within 3 days of me booking them. They helped provide recommendations on placement and number of recessed ceiling lights. They were super clean and left my home spotless. They were constantly courteous and made sure that my pet didn’t escape. Mason and Ben were amazing electricians, and I need to give them a shout out. I will be using them for all my future projects.

BG Electric did a fantastic job running new electric lines for our washer and dryer hookups. I had to reschedule multiple times due to plumbing issues and they were so understanding. Every time I called they answered within 2-3 rings. They came and were so friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely work with them in the future. Amazing life saving service. Commercial electrical panel went down. The other company I called told me it would take them two weeks to get the parts. BG quoted me two days and 1k cheaper.
