The company set up a sophisticated security system at my apartment complex, including outside cameras, a magnetic locking system with FOBs, and a video security system in each apartment allowing my tenants to view visitors and unlock the building door from their apartments. I had a wonderful experience with this company. We hired them to set up a CCTV system and video calling within our home. From start to finish, they made sure all our needs were met. They even took time out of their day to show me how to set up the system and connect it to my phone as well as improved the set-up of the system in my home. Their products are also top-notch. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends as well as use them again in the future.

We purchased a 12-Channel Bluetooth Amplifier 6000W Multi-Zone Mixer with USB/SD/AUX from this company about a year ago. They came and installed for us. One year later, the equipment failed and stopped working. We tried to contact this business for repair help but they refused to pick up our call.
Buyer beaware. Already contacted the original manufactuer.

I used WYC for my business and my brand new built home. I paid when Wei gave me an estimate. 1 year later, there’s no parts available to installed. When it’s installed, did not work. Very frustrated with not getting a Reply with call or text, Can’t leave message The voice message is always full. It’s just husband and wife business, so no one is at the office most day. They sent an unlicensed electrician to cut a hole in my wall and use an extension cord connected to electrical line and covered it in all the bedrooms. Extreme fire hazards . Wei and his wife will not come back to fixed or finished the job I paid. WYC = Waste Your Cash. If you like to pay $7k to get this kind of horrible services. I would highly recommended WYC= Waste Your Cash.
