I was having major issues with my original electrician and had to fire him. I called Ryan at RTN and asked for him to come out look at my job site to finish fire for commercial and 2 apartment 2nd floor. He came quickly to review the site and gave me proposal pretty much same day.

I agreed on proposal and went into work and had to be done early due to permit expiration so he was able to accommodate on that as well.

Work is very professional and he is seeing the job throughout the end to make sure everything is good.

You won't regret your decision with Ryan and RTN if you decide to with them.

I will return my service with them on my next project.

Ryan couldn’t answer the phone due to being at another job site, however, he texted with me as I explained my issues to him. I have a residential smoke alarm system and, what seems to be the main detector, keeps beeping. He texted me some instructions to diagnose the issue. It seems my detectors are nearing 10 years old and need to be replaced. He walked me through the process and told me where I could go to get the detectors.

This was completely FREE! I appreciate that so much. It shows that he is truly passionate about his job and isn’t money hungry. He is looking out for his fellow man. Thank you, Ryan!

Excellent Fire alarm company, they explained all Fire regulations and upgraded our Fire alarm safety system. They just did a require yearly testing. I can recommend them to anyone who is in need of their expertise.
