On 4/29/2021, I had trees trimmed in my yard. I left work and paid for the job with cash. When I returned home, I found my Butterfly Bush heavily damage. I contact Mr. Morales immediately and included pictures. He responded he would replace the bush. I purchased a new bush within days and forward him the receipt. I am talking less than 40 dollars. He reassured me I would be paid. After multiple contacts and reminders via e-mail, I still have not been paid, today is 9/12/21. I think I have been more than patient.
In addition, he removed trees from my neighbor and took the branches etc through my yard - no problem. The problem is, they left my table and chairs in disarray on the grass instead of on the patio where they were and left me a wheel barrel full of branches and trigs.

I hired these guys to cut down 5 big trees in my backyard, after I had to reschedule my appointment 2 diff times. Did a great job and cleaned up all the mess. Def will be using them again for the front yard!

Called this place late spring of this year. Had to call 3-4 times to get someone, never got a callback. Set an appointment with them to come on a Thursday, a few days later. Specified time was given as well. No one showed up the whole day, no call. I went out of town for the weekend, and sure enough my security camera sent a notification on Saturday with someone holding a clipboard waiting outside my door knocking and looking visibly frustrated. Nothing I could do, and the person made no attempt to call me either. Now, months later, I’m getting text and email solicitations asking for a review. So here’s your review: thanks for not showing up just like 90% of the contractors I’ve tried to get during COVID-19. Don’t put people you never followed up with on your marketing lists either.

I cannot give these guys enough credit! The owner came over to look at the trees I was considering cutting down and gave us a quote on the spot, which was about half the price of the other quotes we had gotten. He always responded quickly to my calls/texts. He also provided proof of insurance. He came back a few days later with some more men to cut them down. We had three HUGE trees in a tiny back yard in the city and they had them all down in one day. The whole crew was so kind. Some of my neighbors were home while it was being cut down and said they swept their backyards after they finished to clean up any debris that had fallen (our branches extended in to multiple backyards). If I had any more trees to cut down I would 1,000 percent use this company again.

Got estimates from a few companies, decided to go with Prestige. The person who did the estimate told me that the job would require using a crane and that they'd have to schedule with PECO to turn off the power. All fine and good.

The day finally arrived and the crew showed up along with PECO to take care of my trees. I asked if it would be possible to remove another tree instead of pruning it, fully ready to agree to a new price because of the change. They told me that they couldn't do it without a crane and they hadn't scheduled a crane for the job despite having said they'd use a crane from the beginning.

I called their office and was told that they would never use a crane "for that price," the amount they had quoted me. They said they'd come out that day and do a new estimate, but it would roughly be $2500-3000 more than the initial quote. They never showed and haven't called. Guess they decided they didn't want the job.

Edit: They decided to call me a few hours after this review was posted, but I've already scheduled the work I need with another tree service.

Hired this company to trim my tree. The price was great, they were super easy to deal with, cleaned everything up when they were done. I will definitely be using them next time!!

Prestige tree service staff is very friendly, professional and punctual. They answered all the questions my husband and I had related to getting our tree cut down. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The service was top notch. I will be a repeat customer.

Had the pleasure of having Prestige trim, cut and remove trees in the backyard. The team was on-time. Very professional. Very SAFE. Asked to use the driveway if needed. They made sure we had permission to enter neighbors yard to clean debris. I would recommend using Prestige for Tree Service. I will definitely be calling them again for tree services in the future.

I called these guys on a Saturday they were out on Monday to provide a very acceptable estimate. They gave a one week away date to complete the service. On the date of servuce all work was completed by 1030 AM with picture of finished work forwarded me, this was also done when they did the estimate. There was no need for me to be at the site, all work efficiently done to specs.

Manny and his team were amazing. They were able to get all of the trees that I needed cut down. They are very professional and I could not have found a better company to clear the trees in front of my house. I will definitely pass there information family and friends.

I had two huge tree stumps to grind down. It’s still early in the season but they scheduled me in the same week I called. The crew was on time and respectful, and the owner was very responsive when a problem came up. I really appreciated how quick he was to fix it!

Manny and his crew are by for one of the most professional groups I've dealt with. Not only were they SUPER fast and clean, their price was significantly better than other estimates I received. Usually, when the price is really good...its to good to be true. NOT IN THIS CASE!! They really are the BEST!!

The free estimate and scheduling was easy. I had to call a couple times to get an exact time they were going to come out and cut the tree down the day of service. Their workers were very professional and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.

I could not find a company who would come to Port Richmond and cut my neighbors tree off of my property. No one wanted to deal with the small street and alley way but Prestige came and looked at the job on a Tuesday, said they could come on Thursday. They came on time, did the job in about an hour and cleaned up everything. I would use this company again, call them for no aggravation!

The team was great from estimation to cleanup. We had 2 large trees removed and one medium size tree. The team came earlier than expected (big plus on my book) and they were extremely professional throughout the process. I have a bunch of mature trees on my property and I plan to use them again. Prestige tree definitely has my recommendation....

Manny and his team have completed two separate jobs at our home and both were done at an expert level. The level of professionalism is top notch, their prices are very fair (prior to working with Prestige I shopped around for several quotes) and his crew shows up on time every day and works very hard. I shopped a few other tree service places before deciding to go with Prestige. They we able to do exactly what I wanted done with the best price. The office staff was very polite and friendly when calling. Ended up having Omar come out to give us a quote and he was able to book us the following week. They came out and took care of the tree. I will use their service again and recommend them to anyone who needs tree service!

From the time I called for an estimate until the tree was removed, I had a positive experience. The crew did such an amazing job on an incredibly large tree. They were efficient and caring. Even the job cleaning up was much better than I imagined. We highly recommend this tree service to anyone who needs a referral.

I had a pretty complicated job because I had two trees that were very tall and hung across a couple different yards. No problem for these guys. Prestige worked fast, did a good job, and was really thorough cleaning up. All I had to do was help them get a spot to park the wood chipper truck and then they went to work. They were also careful not to damage any of my or my neighbors property (fence, side of the house, all that stuff). Would definitely use them again. Give them a call!
