Prestige window cleaning is easily the best window cleaning hire I've ever made. Victor and his grandson made my windows spotless. They were very fast too, finishing my house in about 2 hours. Very professional.

This is my first experience with Jim Cehlar and SPECTRUM carpet cleaning and I couldn’t be happier. Local person with his own business. My W/W carpeting is quite old and has seen a lot of traffic through the years. I had living room/ dining room/ stairs/ upstairs hallway cleaned and the carpet came up beautifully. Fresh and clean with old dirt eliminated. Price was very fair. Very professional and courteous. On time. A pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend to anyone needing their carpet professionally cleaned.

I had a water emergency in my Family Room that resulted in my carpeting being saturated to the point that a wet/dry vacuum was useless. I called Jim and he came over immediately with an industrial water extractor that suctioned up the water quickly and effectively. He then left behind two heavy duty floor fans for a few days to run continuously to dry out the remaining dampness. Very appreciative for his quick response and wonderful work in mitigating the damage.

We’ve been using Katiane’s cleaning services for almost a year now and can’t recommend them enough! We live in a 3-story townhouse (lots of stairs) and have a beagle and 2 kittens, but after Katiane’s team comes through you cannot tell that we have pets! They do an amazing job of cleaning and tidying, and go above and beyond with thoughtful touches like occasionally folding laundry that’s been sitting or arranging the pet toys just so on their beds. Katiane always confirms the day before, is very punctual, and has been very flexible with rescheduling when we have a trip planned.

We have a regular cleaning scheduled every two weeks and it’s incredibly worth it! It saves me and my partner a ton of time and petty arguments about who last cleaned the guest toilet 😂
