My boiler was not working at all. Would not turn on. Called Air Changes heating and cooling. They responded to my call right away. Came over diagnosed the problem very quickly.Also fixed the problem that night! I highly recommend this company.

Jared and Matt are very knowledgeable in their field. Had my heater repaired in a timely fashion. Plus, they had to return for different matter; my water heater was replaced. They both have a lot of HVAC experience. Five stars show all the above, but also honesty, politeness and dependibilty. I have referred them to anyone who needs HVAC technicians.

I called 10am on Monday morning and had someone at my house by 2pm(exactly the time I was quoted). Tech was clean friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Got me up and running explained what he was doing and didnt try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will definitely use again and recommend to others

I called air changes heating & cooling late last night around 8:30pm to inquire about their services. I explained to them that my air conditioner is not working. They came out the very next day at 9:30am. The tech was able to identify the problem within minute and repair what was needed to be done. He made suggestion on how to up keep my unit. My air is working and it is cool in the house. I’m very satisfied with the customer service they provided.

Air Changes Heating & Cooling is my "go to" company for EVERYTHING pertaining to ALL things heating and cooling. Having first met them while in charge of a Facilities department at a large corporation when they would provide emergency after-hours repairs, no matter the hour or weather conditions (during a brutally hot summer ac failure, one of the techs worked on an ac unit on a roof, in the dark, his repairs lit by his headlamp. THAT'S dedication!) They respond to all repairs for not just myself but many of my friends and family. Offering excellent pricing, knowledgeable technicians and expeditious service, these guys are THE BEST!

I searched Angie's List for an HVAC repair company...after waking up one morning to no air conditioning. I have asthma, and my wife has terrible allergies. We had to get something done quickly.

This company was close to my home and had good reviews. I called just after 7am and spoke with Jared, the owner. He was pleasant, and quickly dispatched a technician to my home...by 8am!

Matt quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I could have been done at $229. But, Matt informed me that the system pressures were high. Knowing enough about air conditioning to know, if I let that go, the system would likely fail at some point.

I asked Matt to go further...determine the source of the problem, and fix it for the long(er) term. Matt advised me, there's a chance I could wind up having to replace the 25 year old system.

What did I have to lose?

He tried to clean the metal out of system. But, reassembly proved to be problem. Old fittings and poor workmanship by previous technicians resulted in the inevitable. We had to replace the system.

A couple of things happened here...

Matt was very friendly and informative. He explained things well and provided good conservative advise. And, by dog loved him.

I asked for this. So, when we found ourselves without air conditioning until the system could be replaced, Matt offered up a portable window a/c unit of his own, to get us by. Wow!

The story goes on...all positive. At least as positive as replacing your heater and a/c can be...

The bottom line...these are good people, that do exactly what they say they'll do. And, then some.

We asked for a humidifier to be installed on the new furnace. The initial unit that was ordered was not a good match. Matt completed the installation and said, as soon as the correct humidifier was in, he would return to install it.

I felt so comfortable, I paid the balance. Matt offered to reduce the price, and pay him for the humidifier when he came back. I paid him, including the cost of the humidifier, and he was back in two days, first thing in the morning.

I will certainly hire them again, and I highly recommend them. You won't get better service.

Jarod was fantastic. He and his crew installed 3 split mitsubishi a/c units for me. Their quality was great, his pricing was fair and he kept me informed about everything he did. Good, sincere, hardworking crew. meticulous work. Highly recommend this company. Mt. Airy

Matt was really helpful and responsive in fixing our heater. He came on time and give us explanation on what the problem was. Job was done quick and heater is currently working great!

I got a call from a tenant New Years morning about heat being off and needed someone to come out to help. Jared was super responsive at 8am on New Year’s Day and was at the property a couple hours later. His crew was super fast and the job got done. Tenant is happy and so am I. In times of emergencies it’s easy to focus on the bad but the silver lining was finding these guys. Found my go to guys for future work!

I have an oil heater that was not running so I reached out to these folks for help. They put me on their schedule and came out to diagnose the next day. After finding the faults with my heater, they brought me out to the unit and showed me exactly what was going on. In addition to giving me a visual, they explained how and why the problem occurred in such a way that made it easy for me to understand. I am very pleased with the services provided and would definitely recommend this company.

I called last minute after the first company I called no showed. Their staff were very professional, knowledgeable and provided fast service. They had my ac back up and running quickly and even took it a step further by sticking around and making sure it cooled off with no further issues. I will be using this company for all my future maintenance.
