i called for furnace repair after my unit stopped working and i’m not handy at all. it can be hard to find trustworthy help, but within a few hours, joseph arrived to check things out. after looking at the furnace together, we agreed i needed a new unit. joseph gave me a clear quote and explained all my options, including details about a possible tax credit. i went ahead and got a couple more quotes from other places, but none could match joseph’s price or took the time to explain which furnace would work best in my house. during the installation, i asked if i could get an extra vent for my bedroom, which always gets too warm. darrell and his team offered to check out the ductwork and even took a video of the inside. turns out, the ducts were falling apart and one tube was totally disconnected! they scheduled the repairs fast and finished everything neatly. even though i didn’t expect to need ductwork fixed, my furnace now works perfectly and my house feels comfortable—especially my bedroom! i know i’ll save money on energy bills too. i really appreciate how honest and professional everyone was. good customer service is still out there!

After dealing with problems all summer with my ac unit and feeling really frustrated with another hvac company suggesting I replace my 5-year-old system, I decided to reach out for a second opinion. I am so thankful I did! They sent Joseph out, and he quickly identified and diagnosed the issue. It was fixed at a third of the cost that the other company quoted for a repair! He even offered to drive to Philadelphia that day to pick up the necessary part for me. He came out yesterday to handle the installation, and I’m thrilled to say my ac unit is now running beautifully. He and Darrell also took care of my maintenance and cleaning while they were here, so I’m all set until next season! I appreciate the excellent service!

We had an issue with our central AC in Philadelphia where a lot of water was overflowing from the main cooling unit. I first reached out to an HVAC company, and their technician showed up, quickly said my 9-year-old AC unit was broken and needed to be fully replaced for $5,000. Wanting to be sure, I decided to get a second opinion. I called another HVAC service and got an appointment that same day. Darrell arrived right on time, acted very professionally, and really knew his stuff. He checked the AC and immediately found that the problem was with the pump that drains water from the coil. Darrell replaced the pump and cleaned all the pipes connected to it, and now my AC is working like new.
