Went above and beyond when installing our heating unit and a/c unit! Ted answered any questions I had (which were a lot) honestly and professionally. They’ve been reliable and on time since day 1! Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

Cold One Services has installed our heat and central air in two homes. One in Philadelphia and wildwood. Never had a problem with any of their services. Responds quickly and is always professional and extremely honest!!!

We've been using Cold 1 Services for several years now. They are very responsive even on their busy super-hot or super-cold days. Our units are not easily accessible but the techs always manage to squeeze into crawl spaces or climb onto rooftops to get to where they need to be. Their prices are reasonable and when parts are not readily available, they'll go the extra mile (literally) to drive to supply houses to get what is needed. As owners of a duplex, we rely on Cold 1 to help us keep our tenants happy. We would highly recommend.

I have known Ted for a number of years.

There is not a time if I don’t have a question that he does not reassure me and explain what my heater problem was.

I live near his business so I have many times spoken to him about my heater just in passing on the street.

I would recommend cold one

From beginning to end Cold 1 Services did a great job. Quickly having a technician come to diagnose the problem with the AC while working around our schedule was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I called six different companies and many didn’t call back and those that did could not come for weeks. Their technicians were prompt and professional. After receiving the quote, we had a second company come out to compare prices and Cold 1 was much more reasonable than the other HVAC company. Install of our new unit was quick. Many companies wanted us to hire a crane to have the unit placed on our roof (which would have added to the cost) but Cold 1 was able to bring it up our five flights of stairs to the roof and install in only a few hours. Happy to have our air conditioning back up and running and happy to have a reliable HVAC company saved in my phone if we ever need them again!

My central air conditioning wasnt working when I came home from work so I called Cold 1...they were fantastic! The technician, Robert, came within a couple hours and checked it out. The system needed a new part and he was able to replace it right then and there. Thankfully it wasn't on a super hot day. They were very responsive and Robert was so nice and understanding.

Cold 1 responded to a warranty call for my air conditioner. The owner was very polite and informative. He explained the problems in layman's terms so that I fully understood the service he was performing. He also educated my on how my warranty works and what I can expect in the future.

I called them b/c I own a Martial Arts gym & we had NO cold air....it is getting SUPER hot & humid out, so I needed it fixed ASAP. Luckily, they were able to come out within less than 24 hours. My clients are happy they are able to breathe properly!! Thanks so much for the fast service! Price is good too. Thanks again!

Cold 1 is the most professional,knowledgeable HVAC company that I have ever used. And as important they are responsive. Ted and his crew are very easy to work with and pricing is reasonable…after 40 years in the real estate business I wouldn’t use anyone else!!

I almost never would leave a review but my experience was so A+ I felt I needed to and called the owner to tell him so. I called on Saturday morning and they showed up two hours later removed my unit from my attic ordered the part on Monday and had it completed by Wednesday that to me is super responsive extremely fair pricing can’t say enough good things about my experience. Thanks so much.

Highly recommend! Woke up to no heat and contacted Cold 1. Teddy showed up shorty after my call and fixed the problem. Very appreciative of the great service and will be using Cold 1 again!

EXCELLENT Service!
I’m not one for writing reviews. However, this one I must do. My heating furnace went on me last month which was very scary. I’m the type person that is skeptical of hiring someone whenever a problem arise in my home due to bad experiences. Thank God that this was NOT the case doing business with COLD1 Services! After researching and calling other companies, I decided to call my oil company of 12 years for advice. Without hesitation they advised me to give COLD1 a call. Believe me, I was a difficult costumer because of my fears but Ted and his crew always kept their cool, and professionalism at all times! If you are looking for an HVAC company that is honest with fair pricing, please don’t hesitate to hire them!

I am more than satisfied with COLD1 Services, and my new energy efficient furnish. I can’t rave enough about them. Give them a call and relax! You’ll be glad you did!

Cold 1 services quite literally saved my life. Our hot water heater burst on Friday morning. I had someone who was able to help on the fly, but unfortunately it was a bit more complicated than we had originally thought. I called Cold 1 and they were able to come out and tell me exactly what the issue was in as little as a 5 minute glance. After some troubleshooting, he was able to pin point exactly what he had to do to fix the problem. If I hadn’t called, there would have been a great amount of toxic fumes pumping into my house, ultimately causing a much more serious issue than we had from the beginning. They were able to completely reroute the pvc for us and did it in a quick turnaround time. Lessons were learned and I will always go to Cold 1 for any future issues. Thank you for much for your attention and professionalism with this issue!

We had such a wonderful experience with this company. Our AC unit abruptly stopped working in the middle of the heat wave this past week. Ted Peters was so kind, professional and timely in fixing our unit. We are very grateful for such amazing service in a time when demand was obviously high! Highly recommend.

YouTube is my go to for most issues in my house, but when it comes to HVAC, YouTube has nothing on Cold1 Services. They quickly answer your call and deliver quality and knowledgeable services promptly. As a heatwave was starting, they arrived at my house and helped me, my son, and my dog (who loved both workers so that tells you a lot) find relief immediately. I appreciate their dedication to the residents of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas and I definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. Moving forward, I will use them for routine maintenance, but I cannot say enough about their support during this HVAC emergency. Thank you!

I highly recommend Using Cold 1 services . Ted is very professional and makes sure the job is done right ! They show up in a reasonable time and get the job done. My heater is working great thanks to Ted , We also use him at the restaurant I work in for the ac and refrigeration and he always keeps them up and running. Thank you Cold 1 for excellent service.

Great service!!!! Highly recommend… have lived in my house for 2 years and after having Ted service my a/c, I actually know what it feels like to feel cold in my house!! Ted responded quickly to my calls and my house!!! He is my new go to guy!!!
