Fantastic experience. Our A/C went down overnight due to some electrical issues. Came across Cold 1 Services and gave them a call. Ted was able to squeeze us into his schedule last minute on the same day. Came by immediately diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and everything back up and running.
Great experience and would absolutely use him again in the future.

Cold 1 Services is one of the best in business! They have serviced my HVAC for several years and when my heater failed, they gave me a same-day appointment at a convenient time for me. Cold 1 Service is THE BEST when it comes to servicing your HVAC needs in the Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks county areas. I want to share this quick story because it is worth it. The other night during the heat wave, my AC unit just stopped working and my house went from 68 degrees to 90 degrees. I was in a panic because NO HVAC COMPANY WAS AVAILABLE or seemed to care about me and my family.

I have two children and two dogs that I was most concerned about. I was so nervous and almost rented a hotel to keep my family safe. Then I came across Cold 1 Services and the owner Ted answered and took immediate action.

Not only did he give me advice on how to protect my unit from damage the night I called him, but rushed over the next day and fixed the issue with ease!!! The BEST part is that he told me he would be there after 12 pm the next day, but he actually came at 9:30 in the morning.

I was blown away by his care for me and my family, his quickness, professionalism, and getting my AC unit back on within minutes. I was able to sleep comfortably within 24 hours and I am so grateful.

Ted from Cold 1 Services went above and beyond when dealing with my home warranty company for a new AC compressor. The amount of extra time Ted spent on the phone with the warranty company (and myself) to ensure the correct parts were ordered and there were no delays in regards to the install were truly appreciated.
While my warranty company let me down for over a month, Ted was a breath of fresh air. He made sure to advocate for the correct part and get the job done right. Thank you!

Teddy and his co-worker were fantastic. They were at my home within 2 hours of initially contacting them with my heating issue. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and explained everything to me throughout the process. They also made some safety recommendations, which I was unaware of and I appreciated that. They provided excellent service, were very friendly and professional, and I’m extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them!!

Teddy is a busy man and it took a couple of calls to get a good hold of him. Once I did however, he showed up same day, came in, identified the issue quickly, gave me all the details, and the options, gave me a reasonable price and fixed it right away, ensuring that if it didn’t still work in 30 days he’d make concessions for any further repairs. I don’t see him coming back in 30 days, system is back up and running perfectly. Thank you Teddy!

Wouldn't you know it, the first day I went to use the heater in my house, it didn't work. I gave Cold 1 a call and they scheduled me for the next day. My window was between 10am and 1pm, the tech arrived at 11:15 am and within 20 minutes my issue was resolved. The tech explained in detail what the issue was and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you, Cold 1 for your great service. I would definitely use this company again.

Kind guy. He did the work we needed from him and he gave us a heads up that our water heater is starting to leak. He recommended we get it checked while it’s under warranty. We appreciated his help a lot!

**To a bunch of the 1-star haters leaving reviews: this company has zero control over what's under warranty and what isn't. In a lot of circumstances: it's not under warranty. They're also an HVAC company in the 6th largest city in the country - turnaround time for appointments can be weeks. Unless you're willing to foot the bill for emergency or after hour repairs, why would you expect as much?

Came out the same day! Ted was clean and friendly and quick to get the job done. Will 100% use them again in the future.

I’ve been using Cold 1 Services since moving to Port Richmond and they’ve proven to be a reliable call when we’re having HVAC issues. They’ve fixed my heat in the winter and serviced the cooling unit outside during the summer. Response time is fast, their techs are great and services are reasonably priced and up front about everything. Highly recommend
