Hello, my name is Sheila Brown. Chris came to my house this morning to check my hot water heater because I didn't have any hot water. He went in my basement and solved the problem fast. Now, I'm able to have hot water for my family for the holiday. Chris is very helpful, kind. and understanding. He is a great worker and the best! I will call him again to do any future repairs. I have used GEN3 for years and they are always great. I had my annual Electrical Safety Checkup today and Scott Mealey was fantastic. Very informative, efficient, helpful, and genuine. Bonus points for making friends with my dog. Thanks, Scott!!

I called Gen3 due to an issue I was having with my heater. Their estimate/initial service call process is affordable and easy. On the day of the appointment, Mel was very professional and helped me understand what was going on with the system. He also took time to review the annual service package and associated options from Gen3. I will be using them again.
