Reviewing as a client. The plumbing in the unit is neatly organized, and the quality of the parts is impressive. The well-designed components make it exceptionally easy to connect the unit. I would wholeheartedly recommend it for both new installations and retrofit projects. Plumbing in unit nice and clean. Nice quality parts. Makes it very simple to hook up unit. Would recommend it for new or retrofit installs.

Giovanni in sales was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable in assisting with the purchase of my UNI60 Boiler. Most importantly, he was great to communicate with, returned every call/email, and stood by his word (uncommon today). I highly recommend working with him on your next heating system purchase.

I ordered the fan coil thermostat from MBTEK. As far as I can tell it is the only wifi smart thermostat that can replace an analog (non smart) thermostat in condos that use 120v (line voltage) 3 fan speed setting. I had a technical issue that was resolved by the company without issue. I dealt with mostly with Jeffery and Yen from client care. Amazing customer service. I Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to update their fan coil unit with the limited options available in the thermostat market.

MBTEK's engineering assistance was spot on in helping me to purchase and install an Apollo Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV). I've been using it for more than 6 months now and it's perfect. For those who don't know, an ERV ends the eternal dispute between those who think the air is stuffy and those who don't want to let the heat or cool air out of an open window. The ERV gives you both and more! Talk to MBTEK about getting one.

Heats my home nicely and economically. The cold weather does not seem to affect the pump. Overall I’m very happy with the system. The techs have been very helpful whenever I have had questions regarding installation, etc.

Decent customer service, and the products are great. Have several fan coil units with WiFi thermostats and they have very good performance. Installed in my garage and now it is so comfortable to have a nice warm place to work during the cold winters in New England.

    Great products and service eveytime.
This was the smallest purchase I’ve made so far, and whether it’s an entire system or a single part, the team at MBTEK treats every job as a top priority. Always professional. Always helpful. They’re not just a heating supply house — they’re my go-to heating experts."

I'm in to my third heating season with my Phoenix 35 and couldn't be happier. I purchased it to replace an aging forced air pellet furnace and self performed the installation. Tech support (primarily Jesus) was very responsive and helpful throughout the installation process and continues as recent as today. The unit itself is well engineered. Very low maintenance, in the order of 10 minutes per week. No degradation in performance since installation. I did considerable research before purchasing and am happy that I landed with MBTEK and the Phoenix 35.

I purchased a Apollo DCI 5 ton air to water heat pump, Apollo DHW 110 hot water tank and one pump and one 3 way valve from Mbtek. All part arrive when scheduled and appear to be of excellent quality.
The purchase of these product were made to replace existing electric boiler that heated my in slab hydronic system and to reduce monthly electricity use.
This is the first winter it has been up and running and as advertised the saving have been substantial, over the months of November, December and January 25 /26 versus same months of 24/25 my usage has drop 48%.
The people at Mbtek have been excellent to work with, I highly recommend them.

I purchased 2 Apollo Wi-Fi pool Aquastat and they are perfect for my needs. It is really convenient to be able to control the pool and spa temperature with my phone while bathing. My purchasing experience was great with Byron who answered all my questions before and after I got the products. Highly recommended.

I used MBTEK in-line voltage (120 V) thermostat for my fan coil HVAC unit. Not many ready smart thermostat are present in the market for in-line voltage. So, even the professionals are not familiar. When I reached MBTEK, they were fantastic with providing the wiring details for my unit. I was able to replace the thermostat myself & worked as a charm. This was very important for my short-term unit that I can adjust the temp setting remotely to save energy cost during vacant period. I highly recommend this smart HVAC & for their excelling customer support.

I'm very happy with my air to water heat pump and want to thank Jesus and others at Mbtek for helping me get it going as a DIY'er. It's a 5 ton unit and measuring the water flow and temperature differential it's right in line with that heat production even with temperatures below 30F. In addition I've been monitoring the electricity consumption which can be used to calculate the COP and it's about 3.5 when temps are around 25-30F which I think is excellent. It's very quiet as well. Only negative would be the control wiring directions are somewhat difficult to follow and I'd only self-install one of these units if you're an experienced/advanced DIY'er or know someone who can help you. The physical installation wasn't hard it was mostly understanding the control wiring that I found a bit difficult to decipher until I finally "got it". Jesus was a big help with this.

edit: 1/21/26, it's the coldest day so far today, probably what will be the coldest day of the year. The outdoor temp is -3F. The system is making 8gpm of water, inlet temp 56 outlet temp 65 and including the pump using 4800 W. This correlates to 36000 BTU heat output and COP of 2.2. I think that's pretty amazing that in -3F it's still possible to produce 36000 btu from a system rated 60,000 btu. This information might help a potential buyer size their system or know if a backup heat source is needed. This is just for my workshop with a 6" thick concrete floor radiat heat so it doesn't bother me if the interior temp falls for a few days.

we are mostly pleased with my pellet DUO 50 that I bought from MbTek, about 3 years ago. MbTek has been ok for the most part, they only have 1 tech that can really help when we have problems. getting my boiler up and going and keeping it going has been a very big learning experience. This is the best year I have had yet.

Product took forever to get, still waiting on some product from ordering months ago even though it was in stock. Service is a circus, though Jesus is very helpful with tech advice. Products seem well built and work good after finally receiving. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would never buy from them again
