This was my first time here and I dealt with Tom. He helped me get what I needed for my project since this was my first time going duct work. One of the store workers, very arrogant that even before I started telling him what I needed he mocks me at front of the others and called me a “Homedepot People” as a derogatory term “me not been a professional so I should go to Homedepot to buy instead” at least that’s what he thought. I'm telling all my technicians and friends contractors to go and buy from other stores that at least treat customers respectfully. To this store worker I have a message. If you could treat your customers as Homedepot treats theirs, you would have lot more satisfied customers, but your store is dying thanks to you Idiot...
