Tri-County Hvac & Contracting was on time and was courteous. They performed an excellent job installing our new air conditioner in only a few hours. The tech was really kind to my two young daughters, and who were eager to see what they were up to. I would strongly recommend them since everything was cleaned up at the completion of the service!

Winston and the team were awesome. I needed a heat pump relocated from a difficult location and they made it look easy. They took care of everything and made sure the unit was working well before they completed the job. I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs.

We had our master bathroom completely gutted and remodeled. It took only 4 months from start to finish! It looks so gorgeous. Our vision, along with the team, brought our dream to life. The young man was very professional and now we are prepared for the heat this summer with cold air. Since I needed a larger unit that was unable to fit in my door, he even took the time to take the fence apart from our neighbors yard to make it work for us! He then assembled the fence back together with no problem. We are very happy with our service and will continue to get our yearly maintenance with them

I am not one to provide Google Reviews, but I had to share my experience with this company.

I was in the market for a AC in my new home and wasn’t sure what would work best.

While shopping around for a HVAC company to help, I came across Winton and his team at TriCounty HVAC. Not only was Winton responsive to my inquiry, he had someone immediately come to my home for a consultation. At no point during the consultation did I feel overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or forced to make any decisions. Winton reached back out to me and provided me with the best option for an AC system, that included a 5 unit mini split ductless system. Winton took the time to explain the benefits of mini split and why it would work best in my home. After doing my own research and based on Winton’s professionalism, product knowledge, and keen understanding of my needs, I decided to move forward with his company.

Since I had a big project, it took about 3 days. Each day the of installation, he and his team arrived on time and completed work professionally and efficiently without any mess. Any questions or concerns I had, Winton and his team was there to answer. They even came back out after install to complete some patch work without any question or hesitation.

We are so impressed with the service we received with TriCounty HVAC! We called for an estimate, and they came out right away, and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We wanted a new air conditioning system to replace the 15 year old one that was there. Winston checked everything out and explained that the inside coil had been upgraded, so all we needed was the outside unit. We had no idea about what was involved with replacing the system, so Winston could have told us we needed the inside coil too, and we wouldn’t have known the difference! Such honesty is often hard to find. We had our system installed within a few days of when we received the quote, and the price was very reasonable! Honesty, quick professional service, and reasonable prices are everything we could ask for! We highly recommend TriCounty HVAC for any services you might need!

I was looking for a Contractor to remove and replace a 30 year old HVAC system. I looked around and contacted a few Contractors - some big names and some not so big ones. After talking to a few, I came across Tri - County HVAC and I sure am glad that I did. Winston Manning and his team at Tri - County are true professionals. They were very responsive and were available to address all my questions and concerns. Winston provided a quote and worked with me to revise it per my requirements. Everything was explained in detail and the job was scheduled and completed within 3 days of quote acceptance. Pricing was very reasonable and work was top notch. The AC Condenser, AC Coil, Furnace, and Thermostat were removed and replaced in a day. The work area was cleaned up after the job was done. I am glad I used Winston and his team for this job and won't hesitate to use their services again. A customer for life !!!

Winston was wonderful to work with, personable, knowledgeable and responsive. He came out to assess our home within a few days of inquiring and had a proposal with recommendations on what would work for our home based on our design and criteria. The estimate was the most reasonable one we received. The team was able to complete the removal of our old HVAC system and install a new furnace and AC unit within 2 weeks. The system is working great and is much more efficient. He even checked in on the installation the day after to confirm we were having no issues. We had been exploring other contractors for more than 2 months and Tri county assessed and completed the entire project in under 3 weeks. Can't say enough good things about this team!

Amazing service from Winston Manning, showed up in a timely fashion, very diligent in the work coming out twice in the same week to work on the HVAC system that had issues, spent time explaining what was going on and was extremely polite and nice and just an overall great experience. I really appreciate what Winston did in his repairs and his open positive communication! 10/10 highly recommend, and ask for Winston.

We had an emergency HVAC issue on a Sunday. We woke up to no cold air coming through the vents and our outdoor unit fan had stopped. Given the heatwave, we urgently called around and Tri County was the only company that we were able to immediately reach and did not have to wait for a return call. He came to us immediately, diagnosed and fixed problem very efficiently. He educated us along the way and had exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!!

Winston Manning visited my home to service my AC system the day after I reached out to him by phone subsequent to visits by 2 other technicians who did not meet my expectations. My Manning quickly diagnosed the problem and restored the cooling to my home that I so badly missed during a recent heatwave.

We called Tri-County HVAC for a second opinion when we were told that our furnace would need to be replaced. Winston came out multiple times over multiple days to get our heat back on during a cold stretch this winter without needing to replace the furnace. He worked hard to problem-solve which led us to a faulty thermostat of all things! Big thanks to Winston, his persistence and work ethic for helping us out!

The service exceeded my wildest expectations - Winston came to our house over the weekend on short notice and got two central AC systems back up and running at a reasonable cost when another HVAC service claimed they had to be completely replaced.

Winston came out on an emergency call when our heat broke and quickly found a burst pipe. He came back to fix it and did so efficiently and affordably. Especially helpful because many companies don’t come out if you still have oil. I recommend Tri-county HVAC and contracting if you want a job done well and for a good price.
