Sam, the technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all our questions without hesitation. I have dealt with W. F. Smith for several years and they are professional, knowledgeable and always polite and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them for HVAC needs and have done so in the past.

To the best of my memory we have always used W.F. Smith for our HVAC needs. They have done repairs and upgrades for 40 years and we’re always been pleased with their service. Dave comes to our house twice a year, replacing filters and making sure all the equipment is working properly. I highly recommend them.

Quick and efficient, W.F. Smith has been servicing our HVAC system for the past seven years. When we had an emergency failure during the heat last week, they were able to come out a day later and change the condenser.

Our AC service went great. They were able to get a technician out 2 days ahead of schedule. The technician was knowledgeable and quick. We’ve always had great service with W.F. Smith.

Technician was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and made my 93 year old mother comfortable during the service call! I will be replacing her HVAC soon, and W. F. Smith will be the only company I will purchase from! Kudos to the tech who did everything correctly and with kindness!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years. They have installed 3 HVAC systems and performed associated maintenance. Consistently excellent and courteous service and fair pricing. Always prompt visits when any issues. Avoid the big, ripoff HVAC companies who provide poor service and spend your money on misleading advertising. Highly recommend WF Smith.

Sam arrived within the allotted time frame.
He was courteous and professional. He kept me apprised of his progress and any issues found during his inspection and testing. I would have liked a text or call from him on when he would be arriving, he just showed up.

Lyle was great. He put in the time to design a solution that no one else could match.

The sales team was very patient and responsive and felt I was in good hands for a HVAC overhaul in my Philly Brewerytown townhome (single family home). And the installation team did an excellent job. I also used WF Smith for a similar job in another home I lived in several years ago and the results and experience were excellent as well. Thank you!

I contacted the company at 6a.m. and spoke w EJ who covers their after-hours, but she was still able to make an appt for me w a technician (b/w 12-3 that same day) even tho it wasn't an "emergency". She was very pleasant and helpful.

When Pat arrived (within the 12-3 window) he was quick to determine the issue w our A/C unit and had it back up and running. He was friendly and certainly seemed to know his job well.

We have used WF Smith in the past (in fact they were the ones we hired when we needed an entire central air system) and have been pleased w their work, experience and work ethic.

We hope to not to need their services anytime soon, but if we do, they will definitely be the company we will call

Dave came out & identified the repairs needed after the company I hired to install a replacement system had messed it up. Bill & Will did a great job making those repairs a few days later.

My problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

WF Smith came out the day I contacted them (Middle of Sumer) and repaired my hvac very quickly. They were professional, fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

WF Smith was able to fit us in same day when our system went down and it was 90 degrees. Sam arrived within the window provided, was super friendly, and very helpful in identifying and explaining options to fix the issue. Thanks!

We had at least five different HVAC companies check out the problem. When one of those Technicians referred W F Smith,. I knew they were the ones. They got it done for us in a couple hours. We have ice cold air in our church now. Thank you so much. 🙏🏽

Called early on Monday morning for A/C that was no longer blowing cold air. Tech was out by afternoon to access job. Ordered part and came back on Tuesday to complete work. Always satisfied with their work and turn around time.
