Jani-icon is professional, reliable and gets the job done. I couldn’t have chose a better company to carry out the needs of the warehouse. Suzanne does an amazing job cleaning the facility daily. Ronnie is very responsive and always available to answer and address any questions or concerns I may have. Overall, Jani-icon does exceptional work and the customer service is great! As a result, I plan to use them for all my future cleaning needs.

Jani-icon really went above and beyond stripping and waxing the floors of my business. I’ve had two other companies work on my floors in the past and was disappointed both times. Ronnie was quick to schedule and his crew was punctual, friendly and really took pride in their work. It seems increasingly rare to find service providers that truly care about the finished product and the guys from Jani-icon really impressed me.

We use Jani-icon to clean our office of about 20 people, monthly. They do a good job for a reasonable price. We needed a rush cleaning of the office on a non-scheduled day from when they typically come and they even came out the same day. Would definitely recommend!

This crew cleaned my commercial space and did an amazing job. We've got a lot of hardwood floors and they are hard to keep clean, but Jani-icon swept and mopped every square inch. The owner cares about the quality of service and even stopped in to oversee his team and make sure everything was up to standards. He checked in with me along the way to see if I was happy and whether there was anything they missed. After a second visit I was convinced they were keepers and signed a monthly contract. I'm pleased to know they'll take good care of my space.

Jani-icon is very professional and proficient at their job. We has old floors that needed to be buffed and re-waxed and they came up like brand new. They also cleaned carpet for us and this was returned to as good as new. Communication was great, quoting was easy, they worked us right into their schedule and were out the next day, and prices were reasonable. We will be using them again.

I want to start off by saying thanks to the Team who came out to service our facility. I run an assisted living community with about 100 residents where the kitchen is up & running from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm. With that said our tike floor & grout needed some serious help! Communication was a easy, I sent over a few photos of the flooring & kitchen size describing what I needed done & moments later I received a proposal along with available dates to have the work completed. Ronnie & his team were very accommodating to our needs as we could not have the service completed during normal operating hours. I was amazed at the work his Team pulled off in such a short period of time leaving our main kitchen looking new again after 23 years of being open. 3 weeks after our local health department completed an inspection & thanks to Jani-icon, we passed with flying colors! Needless to say we added Jani-icon to our quarterly services to insure our kitchen stays clean & safe for our staff & residents... Thanks again to Ronnie & his Team for great service!

They did our daycare floors and I was truly impressed.. they stripped and waxed our floors and they look brand new.. all of the old gunk and rust stains were gone.. build up of dirt that has been there for years were gone.. when we walked in on Monday everyone noticed and our teachers said that their rooms seemed brighter and happier.
