Nate was AMAZING! He was very patient and helped explain the whole process. Very excited about working with Brite Nites.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
Signed a contract for light install on 11/20 with GUARANTEED Install no later than 12/3. Christy Weaver the salesperson even said we would most likely have them by that weekend as she was headed to next city and install crew was on its way into our town. After repeated attempts to get in touch with them i received a text today (12/3) that based on this, and based on that, and yada yada yada they were running late. Getting full refund and going with a reputable, customer centric company instead. They are WAY overpriced as well. Only went with them based on the guaranteed install date! Take your business elsewhere!

Really standout experience. Lights were laid out against the roofline of our house and main trees in front for a great look. We appreciated our friends and neighbors commenting on our Christmas look. Installers were diligent and our electrical load (aka Clark W Griswold) problem was solved successfully and quickly. Looking forward to our Christmas Day pictures with all the wonderful lights.

Very easy to schedule. Confirmed by text the day before. Showed up on time. Took the time to explain the options. Very professional and efficient. Nate was very personable. Would highly recommend.

I get it.... Covid... BUT

Clearly nothing is untouched by the current pandemic so a degree of understanding is warranted, however the promised 5-star customer service touted on the website fell well short

Similar to other postings. a proffered timeline spanning approximately 7-8 business days was 'guaranteed' at contract signing (more on the signing in a moment). When that timeline eclipsed without installation it took outreach to the company to get an update, the company did not initiate communication. They were definitely responsive to the messaging over the course of half a day between their customer relations department and operations team and very apologetic throughout. With quarantines and Covid restrictions it was understandable. They offered a refund versus continuing with a new latest install date, and I quote, "we can promise this updated schedule date is committed". That date then came and went with no installation and again no company outreach when they knew they were missing another install date. At that point I had to reach out again myself and simply requested a refund as there was no longer any faith in an actual timeline of delivery. The refund was promptly issued.

They get two stars for prompt responses to customer directed inquiries and rapid issuance of refund, but they fall far short of the expectations of normal business relations of the need to initiate communication when you aren't going to be able to hold up your part of the bargain (especially if it's happening twice to the same customer). It seems like they are a rapidly growing company and maybe the benefit of the doubt is they are stretched too thin in customer relations/operational management to handle anything other than a smooth install season where by comparison a broad impact event like Covid has rendered them ineffective at actively managing their accounts.

Final point relative to signing... it was by no means a high pressure sales event but if you intend to get comparison prices from other outfits, its probably easier to do so in advance of your 'designer consult' with Brite Nites which turns into the on the spot 'slots are filling up so you really want to make a decision right now' sales tactic.

hopefully growth strategy in the future incorporates some additional redundancy of capacity to maintain that 5 star service guarantee... that or it really should be pulled down from the website.

I was so impressed with the designer, Nate. Prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. We used Brite Nites last year and are excited to see the new design this Christmas.

It’s great to have found a resource for holiday lighting that is professionally installed (and taken down). The tree lights look beautiful and tasteful, and the pathway lighting adds a special sparkle to our front walk. The team was highly responsive and fit us in last minute. Next year I’ll call earlier to take advantage of their wreath and garland offering.

These guys are really good. They string their lights with good density, so you get a nice effect. They are also quite attentive. One of my trees didn’t turn on one night last week I texted them and they came out 2 hours later and fixed it. They are also on the ball getting you scheduled so you don’t have to stress about it as Thanksgiving approaches. I will keep using them for sure.

Brite Nites has been excellent communicating and efficient with everything including doing everything in the manner they said they would. We look forward to utilizing their beautiful decoration/lighting services for many years!

We have had an absolutely amazing experience. The consultation was timely and installation was the next day. We had a service call which was answered on a Saturday night with very prompt service. This is our first experience with them and the purchase and installation has been great.

Brite Nites is a great holiday lighting company! They do incredible designs and their customer service is incredible. Thankful for the hard work they put in for my family's lights. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Was very impressed that BriteNites responded to my call quickly, installation happened promptly, and there was ongoing follow-up both by text message and in-person inspection to make sure our residential Christmas lights were working properly. We are repeat customers. Love how easy they make holiday decorating!

After our initial consultation we knew we wanted to go with Brite Nites. Our designer couldn’t have been nicer, the entire process was very quick and they had someone come out the next to do the install. I had one light go out and they came to fix it immediately. (within an hour of my text and it was 10pm on a Saturday night!) We are so happy with Brite Nites and would recommend to anyone.

We contacted Brite Nites to make our new home festive for the holidays both inside and out. We met with Nate, who was full of great ideas and an absolute pleasure to work with. The follow up and communication is outstanding. As an interior designer I appreciate their attention to detail and creative touches. Happy holidays!

Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only was he timely & very personable he took his time to suggest many options for decorating our home. Once I had selected the various choices he presented… I was able to view the design immediately by email & on his IPad. The design he presented to me was beautiful!

Brite Nites came to our house and very unobtrusively measured everything and put together a plan for a beautiful holiday lighting display. Nothing gaudy or showy, just lovely white lights artfully sprinkled around our property, creating a magnificent yet unobtrusive street view. The installation was carried out very efficiently and with no disruption to our household; same with removal. The service is not cheap, but they deliver a first class illumination celebration.

Very good communication and a beautiful end result. Although pricey.
