CONSUMER BEWARE! THIS GUY IS FRAUDULENT!
Bobby Z was introduced to me by my father-in-law that he's done work for, so my experience with him has been nothing short of shocking!
It began a little rocky and I should have thought better of hiring him them.
He came out to take a look at a leaky stack pipe. He advised my mother and I he would need to demolish a very expensive tiled wall behind the sink to access the source of the leak; but "not to worry because he has a guy who does tile work". As it turned out, I located an access in a closet on the other side of the bathroom which I had to point out to him. I just assumed checking for access was plumbing course 101, is it not?? I think he saw two "dumb" women and decided he could get a little extra for himself and some work for his tile buddy also.
Again, he came from a reputable source and we were slightly desperate for the repair so I chalked it up and allowed him to complete the work.
Over the course of two days, he worked on the leak and replaced the stack pipe. Shortly after his departure, my mother noticed water was leaking from the stack pipe he'd just installed. I called him immediately to inform him. He was apologetic and said he was heading to another job and he'd make it right. My mother and I were heading out of town; the next day was Easter so I told him it was no rush; my brother and he could arrange a time to meet up the following week for the repair. By Wednesday there was no word from Bobby. I sent a text and he responded to say it slipped his mind and he'd come by the next day. Thursday came and went, no Bobby. I sent him a text on Friday. He responded with an apology and asked if he could reach out later that day. He contacted my brother later that day and they scheduled to meet at my mother's house on Sunday at 9:30am. He was a no call no show!! It is now Wednesday and Bobby has been unresponsive to multiple calls and text messages.
Do yourself a favor and do not hire Bobby Z! He is not trustworthy or reliable!

Bob and his crew is the best him and his some came out in a rain storm in Philadelphia camera my drain and by Monday replaced my curb trap used him in the passed and has alway been prompt and Reliable I’ll be using him for all my plumbing and heating needs

Bobby showed up in the middle of the night after a pipe burst, and he couldn't have been more professional and timely.
His price was right too.
