I reached out to this company for help. They sent someone out, charge me a service fee of $150. They sent me an estimate of $9500. I was told they had to excavate the outside and the inside of my basement and change the line that was coming from the main sewage line into my home. Just to be safe, I reached out to Guaranteed plumbing to get another estimate. They gave me an estimate of $6000 But they said they only had to excavate the outside of my home and not the inside. Because I got two different stories from two different companies I decided to do a third company called Greater Works Plumbing. This company charged me $450 to come out with the camera and make a report But I also had to have the basement cleaned because it was full of backed up sewage, which was another few hundred bucks. Come to find out no collapse pipes and no excavations needed. The system had to be jetted, flushed. Total price with camera Cleaning the basement and changing a few pieces $1900. This company is not to be trusted.
