Doesn't even deserve a star. The plumber Jack R. who works here is completely out of his mind. He says text is the best line of communication, but doesn't understand half of the time what your saying. (My four year old could understand what I wrote) Also, he never gets back to you when he says he will and is always late even when you have other people waiting on him that your paying. So, he takes on my job I offered him (Install standing shower, two toilets and two vanities), days later tells my contractor he never installed a stand up shower before, how much for you guys to do it. Are you serious? Your a plumber who never installed a stand up shower before. Then why did you take the job in the first place? First things first, he had to break up the concrete and put in the pipes. It took him over two weeks to even start, and I had to go over what needed to be done twice with him. It's a rental so it's not like I'm there all the time. Very annoying. And now, already, my contractor and I are two weeks behind and now the contractor has to redo his schedule to be able to come back to my place. Ended up costing me at least two months rent because of this stupid plumber. So, the deal was that he breaks up concrete and bags it up in the contractor bags I purchased. I remove the bags..simple. No, he leaves all the dirt and concrete there in the middle of the basement floor so now the contractor again can't work. I know he remembered to bag it up because he bagged up a few bags and just left the rest. Now I have to go and bag up 40 bags worth of concrete and remove it. He comes back the next day and bags up the last 13-16 bags saying he thought I was gonna remove all the trash and bag it....then why did you start bagging it up then??? God, I hate liars! So, now we're at the point where my contractor should be able to come in and do his tile work and the only thing the plumber should come back for is to do some work on the shower upstairs (install new knobs and shower head) and install the five fixtures. Guess again, he doesn't have the shower base in place or the diverter installed for the shower. He doesn't realize the plumbing needs to be done first and he keeps putting us behind schedule. BTW , he tells me to go get all the parts he needs, knobs, shower arms, everything down to the stoppers. I spent so much wasted time looking for things I never heard of or had no clue what size to buy. Of course instead of getting the parts himself, some of the things had to be returned and replaced. Also, he says I'm gonna have to pay more because now he has to rip out all the guts behind the shower and try to get the stems to stick out further, because my contractor tiled the shower wall. Really? He knew it was getting tiled, you really didn't take that into consideration when you accepted the job. After another four days of waiting for a start/finish date (s), I fired him because of his attitude and unprofessional behavior. There's a lot more I didn't like but at this point it doesn't matter. Please don't waste your time with this joker. He's just a laborer who rips people off and mocks everyone else's work. DRAMA. Hope this helps some of you save some money.
