It's really nice to have a local plumber that has availability -- usually, it's a giant shop that can come out quickly, but cares not at all about the work, or local shops that are really good, but you can't get them out within 10 days. I called, I spoke to Lindsay immediately, she got me on the schedule for two days later. The plumbers that came, Joe Robey and Theo, were all the adjectives you'd want in a contractor: reliable (communicated when they'd be showing up, then showed up at that time), courteous (asked if they needed shoe covers for work boots), and professional (installed a faucet and a drain; now the water comes out from the faucet and goes down the drain). Will definitely use them in the future, and it'll make me look good when I can give a vetted recommendation to neighbors. Double thanks, Joseph Giannone!
