Left me high and dry with a plumbing emergency, after collecting their $85 booking fee, pushing me into "after hours" and ultimately costing me hundreds of dollars in additional "after hours" fees with another company. They didn't properly communicate within the regular business hours they were supposed to replace the leaking water valves for which they were hired. Very disappointed.

It was a pleasure to work with Keith and the KCS team from start to finish. They are truly model professionals, and great people. We had an issue with the shower drain and Keith was able to take care of it on short notice and was flexible to work around our schedule.
