My sewer line was clogged, and water/sewage was pooling in my basement. I initially scheduled Roto Rooter to come out. They said they were unable to clear the drain. So they recommended that I try the power jet to see if they could push out the clog and clear my drain. That didn’t work. So they told me the only option was to excavate the old pipe and put in a new drain, which would cost $13,300. A friend made a call to Billy, who told me he would come out and look at my drain. In less than an hour, my drain was cleared and I was able to use my washing machine, toilet, dishwasher, etc…. Billy is confident, skilled, professional, local and trustworthy. For a charge of $85, he is also incredibly reasonably priced. I now have piece of mind, thanks to Billy. It is without reservation that I write this review.

Excellent service. I texted him as per his phone message and he called me back in minutes. He’s a very friendly guy, came out in the evening on the same day I called and unclogged my kitchen sink for fantastic price. He took an extra minute to say hello to my dog who would not leave him alone. Would highly recommend.

One star only because Hismael was a nice enough guy, but his crew are a bunch of hacks and should get negative stars. They put in a new floor in the kitchen that's not level. They installed a new countertop so tightly that every time you open the fridge door, it gouges the drywall. And the concrete in the backyard was graded so badly it left a huge puddle by the back door. No reputable contractor would walk away with these obvious problems thinking it was acceptable. They were a bit cheaper than other contractors, but now I know why.

HIsmael did make his team take care of some of the issues, but it's still just a band-aid for incredibly sub-par work. Never again! Don't be taken in by their 5-star ratings.

I called Gorilla, Inc., as I had a leak coming from the bathroom, turned up within a couple of hours identified the cause and the rest is history. Great job brilliant service and tidying all the mess would definitely recommend. Best plumbing service I have ever received!

Gorilla Inc. were quick to respond to my quote request and come out for the estimate. They demo my wall, removed the debris & installed dry wall in 1 day. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I have already requested them for more work.

Gorilla, Inc. saved the day! A negligent security camera contractor drilled a hole into one of our condo building's water pipes, resulting in a huge leak and the fire department having to shut the building's water off. Unsure of what to do in this freak situation, we called Gorillia, Inc. and they were able to come out that afternoon. Ishmael and his partner stayed well into the evening working on the complex fix and were able to get the building's water back on. We are all so grateful for their help. We hope to never experience something like this again, but if we do we now know who to call!

Gorilla is awesome! My sister and I have some complex home remodeling issues to deal with, exacerbated by a previously incompetent contractor. Gorilla’s team is prompt, professional, transparent and respectful. I would highly recommend them!

Hishmael and his peer Darwin saved us! They were professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous! They salvaged our sewer pipe line for our new home and unclogged it. Will use them for all plumbing needs going forward! ☺️

Went above and beyond with a really difficult drain clog, had to cut out a pipe to get to a clog in the sewer line and did so to avoid a repair that would have cost me $500 more. Answered on short notice on Super Bowl Sunday and didn’t charge emergency prices. Friendly honest people and excellent service.

They came out Friday evening for an emergency and repaired the leaking pipe in a timely manner. Wonderful!
