i called for help with a burst pipe that was hidden inside a wall, not outside like i first thought. troy showed up quickly, even though the weather was really bad. he capped the leaking pipes so i could still use water, then came back the next day. all the old pipes had to be replaced, and troy made sure to insulate the new pipes and the wall before closing it up. my handyman will finish sealing the wall, but thanks to troy, there are no more leaks. the service was fast, friendly, and the price was exactly what we talked about—no surprises. communication was clear the whole time. great plumber experience!
