I requested a quote for Angel Contractor for tree cut down service. They got the job done within a few hours. They also got on my roof & cut trees down that were growing from one side of my house to the other in overgrown lots. They cleaned up after the job, were affordable and professional. Thanks again!

Needed to have a refrigerator picked up from my garage on my moving day. Booked a week in advance, paid up front and was given a window of pickup from 12-4pm. At 4 they hadn’t showed up. Called; ask me to wait until 5 that they would have a loader. Waited until 5 still no pickup. Called for a refund and I was told if I cancelled they would keep 50% of my payment and to get my full refund I needed to give them until 8 pm! I waited; they never showed. I got my full refund but wasted time with them. My advice - if you have a deadline don’t use them.

Loved the upfront pricing. Great communication regarding the timing of pickup. The crew was very friendly and removed the items quickly.

Company is a scam, do not use. The loader that showed up was an entirely different person than the one assigned to me in the app. They claimed that payment was due upon arrival for the labor and refused to do the removal until I paid them personally. I later found out that I was scammed and contacted support who had no other solution besides just asking the loader to return the money (which they never did). Support was completely unhelpful for weeks while I tried to get the money back. Do not use this company, they allow their employees to cheat you and will not provide an acceptable level of support if anything goes wrong during the pickup.

So what can I say I had some other fool that was supposed to deliver it he didn't call me he allegedly called me four times and then at 9:00 at night he sends me a message telling me he's not going to pick it up and then he just wouldn't stop I mean how ignorant is this person and the reason why I'm telling you this because your people to find young men came to my house and they're beautiful pickup truck and they were extremely professional polite and courteous and as I explained it to him it was a literally a brand new mattress I tried to sleep on it one time and my back locked up it was hard as a brick it was completely covered so no human anything is on this mattress it literally is brand new but hard as a rock and again I like to give your people a five-star review for being polite professional and courteous and what I was expecting praise the Lord that you sent me such wonderful people that did an amazing job and they were polite professional and courteous I'd like to give them a five-star review and I will definitely recommend you to others you have a very professional service and this is something I haven't found here in Texas or Houston shall I say so this was a nice treat for me thank you and have a wonderful day I couldn't be happier with these two gentlemen five star review

Our service day and time had to be changed from original time, but they did a great job & were very good to work with in getting rescheduled. Good job.

The entire process was quick and easy. I chose the date and time-frame. The day of pickup, the loader called me. They showed up as expected and took away my old mattress. Very nice, respectful, and personable. I'd choose LoadUp again without hesitation!

The crew showed up late for a second day in a truck inadequate for the job. They were attempting to clear out a one bedroom apartment with a short box half ton pickup with no trailer. I was disappointed yesterday but today was even worse. They loaded up a few things. I was bagging up items in the apartment trying to help them and noticed they had been gone for a long time(abo 15 minutes) and went down to the parking lot to see what they were doing. They had left. I finished the cleanup myself. I expect to get service when I pay for it and will be asking for a full refund.

Load up guys were great. I wasn’t sure they could move my large pieces but they did without a hitch. Professional and respectful.

Had an issue. We have moved completely and had two box springs we needed to get rid of ASAP. Called and they were able to fit it in day of. Wow. Then they stayed in touch as things were going along. Well done. Will highly recommend

Fernando and the other loader who may be named Joseph —they were both very professional, quick, and communicated promptly. Great service and easy process.

I used load up today to get rid of a couch that I could not seem to donate. It felt expensive, but I guess compared to other haul companies It was fair. The communications in terms of the pick up was excellent. And the movers were wonderful. My only Warning is that after you make your payment they tell you that there’s a significant charge to cancel or reschedule. So please be aware of that and read their cancellation and reschedule policies before you put in your money. Other than that, it was a good experience.
