I must say I am very impressed, not sure about the other reviews? Hmmm?

We noticed our LG refrigerator started
“acting up/no cooling” quite possibly one week ago when we had a surge in power, The refrigerator is within a three-year warranty we purchased from Home Depot less than three years ago, purchased that right after a family member was in the hospital and we couldn’t locate the records for the warranty. Since the receipts are not collated on my credit card and Home Depot will not process the request over the phone I had to go back-and-forth to Home Depot multiple times and they said their credit card purchase for warranty did not go back to 2017... At which point they said I would have to contact corporate:(

Later that day, I called the The Appliance Servicecenter last night, I found them on Lg‘s website, they are listed as a perfered certified repair center for Lg, left them a message and I was called first thing in the morning at 8am. The repair technician called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. After looking at numerous YouTube videos I had an idea that it may be the compressor, very bad reviews, the technician Mike confirm this information, he took photographs of the model number/serial number made a copy of my receipts And behind the scenes he and Debbie started the process of contacting Lg with all this information in hopes that they would cover me without a warranty. Normally this process takes five days+, but they contacted Lg immediately That same day & located the compressor,Instead of waiting five days to order, and now they are scheduled to come tomorrow morning to install the compressor. While this was going on I was still trying to fight Home Depot to find The warranty that was lost in their cloud! Debbie must have mental telepathy; she called me ASAP and told me not to worry about Home Depot’s warranty! Sigh of reliefx10...
I have since recommended them to a neighbor and I will continue this post once they fix the refrigerator tomorrow they also said that Lg was going to give me an additional five year warranty! We were seriously considering buying a new refrigerator after purchasing this one for over $2000.

This company is very much a small family company that is based on relationships and problem-solving they are a true diamond in the Ruff.I will update this post accordingly
after they install the condenser tomorrow.

This Service technician is wonderful ! He worked nonstop . He took time to explain the cause and completed problem solving of trouble; he took time to repair the problem ( oven) and explained what to expect next . Excellent service , professionalism, plus personal attention, knowledge annd experience with product and consumer. He actually cared about fixing my oven and electric range . I can’t say enough good things about this visit .
