Paul M was beyond amazing!! This was my first time using UltraFix and I will be back and refer them to everyone because of Paul M. He had such a huge challenge with our microwave/oven combination...others we called would not call back or looked at it and walked away. Not Paul...he would not give up...he is so talented. He was so kind and determined to help us...he fixed it first time and worked so hard at it...just so determined to help us...knowing how much we needed someone to finally be able to conquer it. Great guy...hard worker...so nice. Thank you Paul M and UltraFix...you are A++ all around. The communication, all the text messages to keep us posted...what time you would be there...and showing up spot on and so fast...love the way you run your company and how you have top notch repairman! I will be back!

Our dryer stopped heating on Friday night. We found Ultrafix on-line and signed up for a time slot to fix our dryer for the next morning. Alex was here before 9 am! He was very kind and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and had the part to repair it in his vehicle. (This has not been the case with home repair warranty companies that we have had in the past. They rarely ever had the part we needed.) So Alex repaired our dryer in less than an hour. I so appreciate the prompt and available service that UltraFix provided us. Thanks to UltraFix our dryer was only out of service about 14 hours!
