I had two leaks in my gutters, one in the front of the house, the other in the back. I called Joe, and he came the next day to assess the project and returned the following day to make the repairs. While performing the work, he took pictures of the leaks and sent them to me with explanations of the issues, along with pictures of how he was repairing them. Everything was done for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Joe, for the great work.

Joe and Steve were great. They provided a very reasonable estimate to rebuild a portion of a box gutter and scrape, patch and paint the box gutters that were in good enough shape to be repaired. They also painted my tin roof and garage. Their work was very good and timely!!! I would recommend Award roofing if you have box gutters that need repaired or replaced.

Joe and his partner did a great job on repairing my roof. The tiles along the top ridge of the roof had become dislodged. Joe very quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the roof. He took photos before and after so I knew exactly what he did. He was very professional and courteous, and his fee was reasonable. Highly recommend. Joe Davias was really amazing. I woke up to a leak in my roof over a holiday weekend and he came out the same day to fix it. While he was up there, he noticed some larger issues that contributed to the leak and moved things around on his schedule to be able to come back and make the larger repairs. His price was extremely fair and he explained everything that he was doing. He even sent me pictures from the roof as he worked. I will definitely be saving his information to work with him again if I need repairs done as he does general repairs, not just roofing. And I will recommend him to anyone who is looking.

His team was to excavate away the old cement porch step and pour new ones. We were left with a poor patchworked job $2,500 later. Looks terrible, like a half done job. Demanded his money and went on his way. I would never recommend him!

These guys came and did some work in my neighborhood today. They left their trash, including an apple core, in my yard. Even after seeing that I had a dog that uses the yard an hour or so prior. I picked it up right in front of two of their workers and didn’t even get something resembling an apology from either of them. Be mindful of the communities that you work in. There was -literally- a trash can right across the street. Slobs.

I also just found out that one of their workers hit on my girlfriend while she was loading something in the car. So that’s classy.
