These guys were great. Punctual, informative. Pointed out different scales of what needed to be done in relation to years and frequently of use of one gas and one burning fireplace.

Called and set up an appointment and then nobody showed up.

never heard of this business before. when i saw they were using my home address (5920 Wellesley ave) for their business, i thought i would leave a review. 1 out of 5 for honesty since they don't actually exist in this location...

Friendly and communicated well. Went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Provided good pictures and videos of the work before and after. Will use again if I need similar chimney/duct cleaning work

Service was excellent, I would recommend them, ask for Mike and Vinny. They came the day after I called and were punctual and thorough.

It's entirely unclear what the "company" is though. The dispatcher who answered the phone could not answer much but did give me an estimate and assured me it would be fair and discussed before work started.

Once the guys arrived, this dispatcher seemed unknown to the two young men who did the excellent cleaning. Apparently the service price was quoted to me wrong over the phone, there was talk of trying to find a recording of my conversation with the dispatcher to verify what I was quoted, and then it ultimately had to be negotiated on the spot after they had taken the liberty to already start cleaning. Also didn't seem like the "name" of the company matched. Ended up as a cash transaction.

In short, the two guys Mike and Vinny are fabulous. The company, if there even is one, is dubious or needs some work with branding, sales, and customer service. Still, job well done. Would recommend, just manage your expectations and discuss the price up front.

T&K Chimney sweep & repair and Air duct cleaning of Pittsburgh, PA was a pleasure to work with. My basement renovation and chimney repair were expertly completed by Gary and his crew. They were proficient, professional, and kept me updated at every stage. They also offered excellent painting services with crisp lines, glossy finishes, and meticulous attention to detail. They also cleaned my dryer vent, and I was astounded by how much dust had accumulated! Now my house seems safer and fresher. The whole crew was polite and diligent, making sure everything was flawless before departing.

Contractor abandoned the job multiple times and damaged property. Not to be trusted.

Frank Taylor of Taylor General contracting does excellent work. He is on time and gets the job done. The pricing is excellent and the work is perfection.

Did a fantastic job in every way on my exterior home repairs. Worked on the roof and exterior of the house. Very professional and knowledgeable, and it shows in the results that he takes a lot of pride in his work. Made everything a smooth process with prompt and smooth communication and will use him again on future projects. I highly recommend his services!

We had a great first experience working with Frank and his crew. They are a hard working bunch and they do excellent work. Frank was always very clear in explaining things as they went along. They pay great attention to detail and definitely go the extra mile to get the job done right. Frank showed that he genuinely cared about our families home. I called Taylor Contracting to have carpeting laid in one of our offices at Carmel Commons. Frank, the owner, responded very quickly to my voicemail. He came out the next day to measure the office and give an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable. He then installed the carpeting on a Saturday because he knew we had a deadline to meet. He was very prompt, polite and cooperative. The work he performed was excellent. Our tenant was also very happy with his work. I would have no trouble recommending Taylor Contracting to anyone.

Taylor General Contracting was thorough, competent, and industrious in matching and mending the cedar board siding on our house. Frank matched the cedar boards, a difficult project in itself, and he and his 2 crew members worked steadily on our siding, matched the paint/stain exactly and completed the project on our hillside two story house way before I expected it to be completed. It looks fantastic! Thanks. We would definitely hire Taylor General Contracting again.

Frank and Cathy are great! They responded very quickly to my initial request for a gutter cleaning and the next day Frank came by to take a look and give me a very reasonable, competitive estimate. In addition to the estimate he took the time (at least 30 minutes) to walk around the outside of my house to offer his thoughts and honest recommendations for future projects. He came over a few days later to not only clean out my gutters, but also properly resecure some sections and resecure some loose shingles on my roof as well. Frank was honest and genuine throughout the process and clearly takes pride in his work. I will definitely be working with him on future projects!

Frank, is great. Both times we needed him for a leaking roof and a leaking pipe, he had the best price and best solutions on how to go about it then the bigger companies. I feel fully confident in his work. I plan to contact him with future needs.

I had a list I had to go through and I got so lucky when I found 3 Rivers Construction. The owner Josh who was very easy to work with took the time to listen to what we needed . Rob who was also so very kind and eager help us with anything . Listened to all our needs and helped us with our decision making . Also a big shout out to Wilbur who is such a hard worker and did all that we asked , changed anything we wanted to change I couldn’t be more happy with this Company and especially for all the hard work from the crew.
