I hired the company to replace a small concrete deck that was eroding with a wood deck at a cost of roughly $6000. It took about a YEAR for him TO START THE JOB. The finished project had several code violations that did not pass the initial inspection. In my opinion, it looked horrible. Chad said he could correct all the violations, some at an ADDITIONAL COST to me, which I declined. I felt I wasted enough money and lost trust in his skills for this type of project. I had the new deck removed. I'd give no stars if I could.

This general contractor did an outstanding job on my renovation project. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and delivered exactly what they promised. The team maintained professionalism throughout and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. Pricing was fair, and there were no hidden surprises. I highly recommend their services.
