Home Inspector reviews in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

We were very pleased with her work. She took her time & explained everything so we could understand it. I will recommend her if I know anyone needing a home inspection

Rochelle was AMAZING!! She was very THORO and knowledgeable throughout the process! She explained everything in great detail. She made this part of the home buying process so easy. I am so happy I compose her as my inspector!!

I highly recommend Thoro Home Inspections for your inspection needs. The inspection was very detailed with pictures and videos attached. Ms. Rochelle made sure I understood everything that she inspected.

I’m the owner of Lucid Electrical Solutions, a small electrical company in Monroeville. I read home inspection reports weekly and estimate repair costs for buyers all the time.

The report I just saw from Thoro Home Inspections was, hands down, the best I’ve ever read. It was incredibly detailed, clearly written, and expertly documented. Honestly, it was a work of art.

Thoro raised the bar—this is what every inspection report should look like.

Excellent work, very well done!!
