Rich Kopps stopped out to meet with me and checked on my service, gave me some recommendations.. I am a new customer, and Rich built a relationship with me, and was very professional & personable

Rich Kopps paid me a direct visit, he was training Jerome. Rich gave me great recommendations and built rapport with me!

Rich Kopps called me to discuss some issues I was having with my lawn. He asked pointed questions to assess why I was experiencing those issues and developed a strategy to resolve the issues.
He was empathetic to my situation and expressed concern in assuring that Kapps rectifies the situation to meet or exceed my expectations.

I was very pleased with my interaction with Rich. He explained various services and we were able to build a plan that made sense for my lawn care needs.
Rich is very respectful and a good communicator!

Rich, Matto and Jack did a fantastic job explaining the lawn service options and pricing. They even went the extra mile to explain in detail the elimination of crabgrass and aeration services. Great job guys!

So been a customer for 5 years and last year, we did not have a great experience. So after our last service in December, I called and canceled service.

Rich Kopps reached out to me and asked my concerns, my disappointment and asked how he could get me back as a customer.

He laid a plan of action to attack last years problems, asked questions on my habits with the lawn, we spoke about cutting habits and after Rich taking DIRECT control of my lawn, I decided to give Rich and Kapps another chance. He wasn't the "used car salesman" type over promising, just concerned on how to keep me as a customer and keep my lawn looking great.

I'm eagerly awaiting spring for Rich to bring my lawn back to the green carpet look we are used to!

Great service. My yard was in bad shape last year and had them come out to evaluate. They said what was wrong and put a program together to bring back to life. Yard looked good at the end of the season.
