Perkins Tree Service is the best! Returned my call and showed up and gave a quick and easy estimate. They did an amazing job with all of our trees and left our yard looking better than it’s ever looked. Thank you Perkins Tree Service!

You can call this guy but he wont show up.

I requested that a tree be cut down, and when I came home I found that they had cut down the wrong tree.

These guys are busy, but they do good work at a great price.

Impossible to get a quote from them. They always say that they will call back but never do. When you finally get them on the phone, the are rude and insulting....

Had two huge pine trees cut down. Great job very neat work.

You provided a quote for $2000 and 4 people. Well, I just got the job done for $750 and 2 people. They did a beautiful job! I understand wanting to make money, who doesn’t? But, wow!

I hire this company last fall to trim a big maple tree in my front yard. They did a terrible job and I did not notice how bad it was until the leaves grew back in the spring. I have called and left many messages and they will not return my call.

Extremely unprofessional, got half way through the job and wanted more money than the written estimate to complete the work. Threatened us if we did not pay $600 more above his written estimate to complete the job. I highly do not recommend this company to anyone. The owner is a loose cannon when it comes to completely his work and living up to his written agreements.

First I’m going to start by saying that they did the job!
The lack of business ethic was and is horrendous!
The owner Patrick Tolan is as arrogant as they come...he brought his dog to my home and tied him up on MY dog’s lead, with out permission, his dog destroyed my property. I deducted the damage for replacement from the invoice
Patrick also ran over my water shut off valve when leaving my property, which collapsed my line and needed to be replaced. He claims he did not do it and was not responsible for it even with the truck tire marks over it!!!!
He was paid in full for the job but took a check that was to be voided and cashed it, basically took an extra $995 from us. When I called to have him correct the issue, he screamed at me using profanity and blocked me from calling to try to resolve the issue.
Worst company I have ever dealt with

Patrick and the guys did a great job on my not so small job (5 huge pines on a main road in with power lines and the works)
Fast, efficient, and SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper than the competition
I was nervous due to some of these google reviews here, but I’m so glad I went with Arbor. Patrick is no nonsense get it done type of entrepreneur who runs an efficient crew!!

Owner, Patrick Tolan is a complete unprofessional, rude and has no respect for his employees or clients. Patrick was very disrespectful to me and my family. I was shocked when I found out he owned the business after the way he speaks to people.

It rained very hard about 6 hours prior to them showing up and was still wet when they backed the bucket truck down in our yard and rutted it up in numerous places. From there, Patrick was yelling and swearing at his crew in front of my kids. Cigarette butts were thrown in our yard. Numerous Red Bull cans were thrown in our yard. Large logs were being tossed from the bucket which was 30'-40' in the air to the ground causing large holes in our front yard. They did nothing to clean up or patch up the holes. I picked up sticks/branches, leaves, and cleaned up all of the saw dust on the ground and patio.

I contacted Patrick via phone to come back to fix the ruts and holes that Arbor caused and he told me, "I wish I would of never taken the job and the tree would of fallen on the house". In the same conversation, instead of taking ownership, like you'd think a typical owner would, he told me to never call him back then proceeded to hang up on me. Can't make this stuff up. All I wanted was Arbor to clean up the mess that wasn't there before they entered my property.

If you do decide to hire him, I advise you to take before and after pictures like I did.

I agree with all of the other negative reviews posted, especially about the numerous Red Bull cans littered throughout our yard. The team wasn't even here to service me or my yard, they had to use my yard to get a spider lift through to take out my neighbors tree. I was assured that it wouldn't tear up my yard so I agreed. It rained the night before and after they got done trying to get the lift next to the tree, my yard was a mess. They also broke several of my pavers in my walk way. The worst part is they ended up not even needing to use my yard because they had to try to get it into my neighbors yard after all! Unnecessary damage.

The owner did make an effort to do right by us. He came to look at my yard right from the airport after being stuck out of town (which was very much appreciated!) promising me he would give me a HUGE discount on grinding a stump I have in my front yard and bringing me some topsoil to fill in the yard. It was great! ... but.... I never heard from him again.

Please don't use.

We had a large oak that was very close to the power lines to our house and the rest of the neighborhood. Arbor Tree was recommended by one of the tree services that declined the work due to the difficulty. They did a great job, were quick and did it for a wonderful price compared to the other quotes that we received. The next time we are in need of tree work, they will get the call.

I had a 50 year old maple tree growing next to my house. I was concerned that it might fall onto the house. Arbor Tree was recommended to me by another tree service, because Arbor Tree has a crane. I called and left a message with Patrick. He came out and gave me a quote the same day. He called a week later and told me he would be out in 2 weeks. He called me the night before and the next morning he and his crew came to the house. He and his crew were respectful, professional and they cleaned up afterward. Very hard working! I recommend this tree service.
