My business have been using them for several years now and have no complaints. Ken, our tech, is always friendly, and does a great job keeping our bathrooms clean and smelling nice! Highly recommend for any business!

Enviro-Master has been servicing our company K & I Sheet Metal, for quite a while. Ken and Michael, our techs, are top notch employees. They both come in with such positive attitudes, get their jobs done with efficiency and professionalism. They go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the service provided and address any concerns we may have. This company, as a whole, has been a pleasure to work with.

We have used enviro-master services where I work for a long time now. Our regular tech, Reign, is very friendly, polite, efficient, and always makes sure to check in and see if there are any issues that need taken care of. He does great work and I highly recommend his services.

Ken is Awesome. He does an outstanding job and provides fast and friendly service. He is polite and understanding to our customers we have only praise and no complaints with Ken. He works with us and guides us. We could use more people like Ken in this world.

Keep looking if you need your gutters cleaned. They spent 10 mins at my house and left a mess.

Called four times. As a past customer I expected friendly customer service. The second time I called I was told they didn’t remember me calling and had to find my paperwork. The third time I called they told me they were looking for my paperwork and were behind schedule. The fourth time I called I was told they found my paperwork and would call the day before they came out but would not be coming that week as it was Thanksgiving. Here we are now approaching Christmas and still have not heard or seen anyone from this business. Poor customer service at its finest. Go elsewhere.

Have used them for the past few years, did a good job, had to have them come back once because they skipped the side of the house. This year they were scheduled to come, I watched them drive by and quickly and then received a call that they couldn’t do the job because of bushes. THEY NEVER EVEN SLOWED DOWN TO LOOK AT MY HOUSE. ALSO THEY HAVE BEEN HERE PREVIOUSLY. IT WAS A FRIDAY AND THE GUYS JUST DIDNT FEEL LIKE WORKING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I have both a home and a three floor apt.building.with many trees. BEE has been my gutter service for over 20 years and they always do an excellent job, including repairs when needed. They have never rushed or left debris on either property. They are reasonably priced.

It is very difficult to get good work these days. We called this company because we realized our downspouts were clogged when it rained, and we had previously used them for window cleaning. The guy told me how busy they were and that if it was just to check a gutter it probably wouldn't be worth their time. So we agreed to have both gutters and windows cleaned. He did come out the next week and we paid the bill. We thought the problem was solved. When it rained again, the same thing happened, water backed up. We called another company when we returned from out of town only to find out there was a birds nest in our downspout!!! My question is why wasn't it caught the first time??? When I called to ask for a refund the owner told me to never call then back again!!!! Dont worry!!! We don't plan on it!!!!

My gutters needed to be cleaned and sealed, and my downspouts were loose and cracked. My husband called this company to make an appointment. A couple of guys climbed up ladders to our roof, cleaned and caulked our gutters, and then screwed our downspouts into the brick wall in a few places. The workers said that they do not replace downspouts, but they did show us that the pipes are clogged, which will need a plumber for snaking later. For the cleaning, sealing, and securing, they charged a total price of $385.

Believe the bad reviews - this place is a joke.

Called in early November for a gutter cleaning. Got a call in February (!) that they were going to come out the next day to do the work, and "we'll leave the invoice in your front door." Got home, no invoice, figured they didn't come.

A month passes, I get a call saying I never paid their invoice. I relay that to my knowledge, no one had come, as I never got the invoice. "Oh, it must have blown away from the door." Ok. Then I looked at my gutters, which had quite a bit of debris on them. I shared these photos and was told "Oh, that's new from when we were there." This was far more debris than one would expect in mid-March. They agreed to redo the gutters. I said great, and told them they could put that off until coming back for a window cleaning in May. Set up an appointment, great.

We get to the end of May, and no sign of B.E.E. I called to ask where we might be on the schedule. "Umm no, I don't know when they'll be out there." Here we are in late June and surprise surprise, they never came.

In short, keep scrolling. Find a company that will bother to communicate, and actually do the work.

EDIT: They called in mid July (!!) to say they would be out "tomorrow." They pushed that to "Monday." I wasn't home, but got a voicemail stating that they did come out, but could not do the job because the windows "and especially the gutters" were too high for them. This would suggest that in fact, they did not do the gutters earlier in the year, as I suspected.

Awful company. Don't wast your time.

Like a few people who've already seen the lack of professionalism and responsiveness, I have a similar story. I scheduled a gutter cleaning because my gutters were backing up. I have a fairly new construction house (less than 5 years old), so there really shouldn't be too much besides some tree debris from about 5 trees around my yard. They made the appointment and the day of the cleaning came, I work from home, and I did hear them on the roof. But they were gone in less than 30 min, and when I looked out my window, I saw a pile of leaf and tree debris still in the main gutter on my garage. I called them immediately and said they needed to come back and finish the job. They said they were too busy and they'd send somebody tomorrow. The next day, someone came and left in less than 15 min. I called again and asked to speak to the owner. He informed me it was his son doing the work and assured me he knew what he was doing. When I asked why the gutters still had visible debris, I was told they only "clean" the big stuff, they "don't wipe them out or anything". Obviously, spending over $200 to clean my gutters means "look at them but don't bother cleaning them out".

Service has gone way down. Cleaned out our gutters in mid Dec. Initially told us Nov, but they never came. Called us in Dec asking why we hadn’t paid our invoice. When they finally came they didn’t clear up any of the leaves/gunk they pulled from the gutters. Will not use them again. Terrible.
