This is a story about Pablo.
Pablo worked for a wealthy farmer picking apples to earn extra money.
The farmer paid Pablo $1.00 per bushel.
Everything was going good until one day the foreman of the farm told Pablo he was only going to pay him 74 cents instead of a dollar.
The foreman planned to continue charging his vendors the same price for apple. This way the wealthy farmer would make 26 cents more per bushel and he would be a hero.

Pablo continued working but now he no longer filled the bushel, he now started putting in 26% less apples into the bushels. This angered the vendors and they called the farmer complaining. Now the wealthy farmer had all kinds of problems to deal with, all because of greed. As word spread through the town the foreman became worried. His own livelihood may be in jeopardy. What if farmer realized what a stupid moron he was? What if the vendors found out the bushels weren't full because the foreman was cheating the pickers? What if vendors stopped buying the apples? Risking everything for a few cents was not looking so good now.

The moral of the story is, "don't screw the people over that you depend on to do your work for you".

Very professional and knowledgeable

I hired these people and I called them to confirm the day of the scheduled cleaning and the young lady said they would be out between 9 and 1 pm. I received a call half hour before the scheduled cleaning to inform me that they would not be coming at all. I was extremely upset as I was in Pittsburgh for just that day day and arrived the day before for the cleaning. Very irresponsible and inconsiderate people. I called Stanley steamer n they arrived within 30 min. People be aware!!!!

Never will I do business with this company. One of their drivers almost ran me and my children off of the highway! I had to pull over and calm down I was so shaken up! What kind of lunatic do you employ here???

Haven't used their service but one of their drivers for their truck was very rude, speeding, and proceeded through a red light at a busy intersection. Not a good look for one's business and to perspective customers. Plate was YHC7862.

I have done business with them for decades. They do a great job and are very cost effective. The building is not very attractive from the outside but as I said they do a great job!

Have small area there now, but have used them over the years. Love to slide in the back to see the huge vats where the rugs take a bath. Neat operation; terrible parking, but worth the trouble.

They did exactly what they said in the time they promised. Five rugs cleaned and prepared for storage. Ken was very responsive at all times, and readily accommodated us on the date and time of delivery. Excellent service.

Trusted Northside carpet with 12 hand loomed person carpets damaged in a flood... They did a great job, met our delivery schedule at a very reasonable price... We wouldn't trust any other rug cleaning service!
