I highly recommend Steam Masters! They were prompt, courteous, and did great work. They cleaned the tile floors in two bathrooms and the laundry room and the floors and grout look brand new. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Had our carpet and air vents cleaned by Steammasters. The actual cleaning was good and we are happy. However, would not have them come back. The technicians who were here paid no attention to the hose running through our home and now the paint on our banister posts as well as on the trim and corners of our home has been damaged in a number of spots. Also, there was no attention to detail when putting the vents back on--one of them was left off and there were no screws left behind for us to re-attach ourselves and one of our in floor vents was badly bent from being forced back in in the incorrect orientation. Additionally, they spilled chemicals on the grass in our front yard and now we have a dead patch of grass there. I spent half the day yesterday touching up paint and filling in nicks in the woodwork. Would not use them again.

I couldn't be happier with Steammasters! I called in the morning needing an emergency appointment caused by a sick dog overnight and steammasters came to my rescue! They had a full schedule that day but knowing what my emergency was they squeezed me in and really did an amazing job cleaning my carpet and mattress. We had our carpets cleaned a few days after putting our home on the market. They were prompt, kept us very up to date on their arrival time. They were very poliet and di everything I asked of them. I was very concerned with a few stains we had and was very worried they wouldnt come up. They guys took every single stain out and my carpets look brand new. They were quick and efficient with the job! I would highly recommend Steam Masters!!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! 100 stars! What a fantastic operation! Donna and Brandon were total pros and took care of a horrible job with skill and professionalism. They called to let me know when they would arrive, assessed the problem and took action. I had a persistent odor coming from one of my air ducts for many, many months. Only recently did I realize the smell was coming from a duct. It turned out to be a dead, decomposed squirrel that had been missed during a squirrel invasion I had in my home last year. Brandon and Donna took care of it quickly and easily. They double-checked for any additional rodents, removed the squirrel and sanitized the whole HVAC system. A million thanks! And the price didn't break the bank! Highly recommend this company!

We hired Steam Masters to clean our apartment carpet before we moved out. They were really professional, helpful, and quick. We had not completely moved everything out of the apartment yet but they were understanding and let us move things around so we could still get them cleaned. They adjusted the pricing because one of our rooms was so small, and were overall very cost effective. (Our landlord would have charged us twice as much to have their cleaners clean it.) Overall, great service and would recommend to others!

I just had my 7 piece sectional cleaned, and Jeff did a phenomenal job! He arrived on time, and I feel like it was a really great value compared to competitors. My couch is 6 years old, I have a large family and pets it really cleaned up like brand new! I would 10/10 recommend
