Great service and excellent cleaning!

Was scheduled for a apt. Person was a no show and no call. Didn't even respond to an email..very rude and unprofessional. Poor way to run a business.

Tried very patiently to get things set up for bi-weekly cleanings.. Finally had the mandatory in-home consultation, then called/emailed for 2 months to set things up, but never heard back.

Did a great job on my move out clean! I had one service cancel on me and another ghost me. They were able to fit in before my lease was over and did a through job.

I used Little Green Maids for a one time deep clean before having my first child, and I was VERY pleased! They really take their time and pay attention to the details. My house was sparkling when they finished. Very happy to have booked them for my professional clean, and should I require or want any follow-up cleanings, I will not hesitate to use them again.

This cleaning company does not compare to any of the other cleaning services in the Pittsburgh area. I have used several but since starting with this company a few months ago I have used them three or four times and every time it’s the same, perfect cleaning they don’t miss a thing. I actually had clothes out in my bedroom and they took it upon themselves to fold the clothes set them aside and even folded my clothes in the top six drawers of my dresser of which I did not request. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in the next day and everything was folded and stacked neatly as if I was in a store. The ladies that came to my place were exceptional, great personality and very professional. They do Whatever it takes to make sure each cleaning is perfect no matter the task. I would recommend this company above all others in Pittsburgh.

They are excellent -- arrive on time and the house is spotless after they leave. When you need something special, they are always willing to make accommodations. They send reminder texts a few days out and do what they can to work with your schedule and needs. The teams are friendly and great with pets.

Maid With Care is a professional, hardworking and kind. They always do a phenomenal job and truly care about the work that they do. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have actually never hired this service but I just wanted to speak out about an experience I had today... I was driving thru venetia which is a beautiful neighborhood.. One if the employees not only ran a stop sign and cut me off almost causing me to wreck but then the driver thru out 2 large McDonald's bags each full of items right onto the street. What kind if "maid" who cleans up after others would just liter like that on a beautiful street at that! disgusting!!!😮😮😡

Poor service call a month or two in advance since my schedule is tight . Carolyn had an attitude about trying to work with schedule and kept trying cut me off. Said a customer was on hold 12 mins when I was on phone less then 5 mins with her . Plus she said she call me back when off phone with that person and never did.

Last time team came out they were there 22 mins for hour clean 3 girls and when I called question that Debbie said that how it goes with 3. Never moved things on counter or lift throw rug clean under . Never clean toilet . Never would have back extremely poor...one girl on phone entire time other texting.

This was my first time utilizing their service and I could not be happier with the results. We have had bi-weekly cleaning from another company & the quality difference today was night & day. Needless to say we will be moving forward with Maid with Care from here on out.
