Kitchen Remodeler reviews in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

We ordered our entire kitchen worth of cabinets as well as counter tops from this company. The reason for the two stars...quality was actually very good. Our sales person, Nicki, was nice, but extremely unresponsive and hard to get ahold of. Part of our order was delayed MONTHS from the original estimated date and if I did not call every other day I would not have even received an update. They absolutely did not care about our business AT ALL. Additionally, we were missing shelves for a cabinet and still haven’t received any to this date. I assume we probably won’t. We had to order one last piece, and that was over two weeks ago, we were told it would take a week. I’ve emailed her twice to follow up about an estimated date and received nothing. It saved us a lot of money, but the “pulling teeth” has been ridiculous. If I executed my own job like this I would be fired. Counter tops were outsourced, and they were wonderful. They did a great job on install and we were really happy with the quality! It’s up to you if you’d like to trade the positives for the negatives.

This is my second time ordering a kitchen through Terra at Budget and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The selection of cabinets and quartz is amazing for any budget and the staff makes everything simple. The process is easy for any home owner. From measuring to designing, there was lots of communication and solutions to any design element. I would definitely recommend their services for any home kitchen renovation.

We had our kitchen totally remodeled a few years ago by BKG Design. Terra was our designer at the time and did a fantastic job. We love how it turned out. Recently we had a minor issue with a cupboard door, and we spoke with Taylor, another BKG designer. She was so helpful and prompt at resolving our problem with kindness and professionalism.

Great experience with BKG. We started our project before the pandemic but we were properly notified of when our install was going to be delayed and was quickly rescheduled once things started to open up. Taylor was very helpful throughout the entire process. She designed our perfect kitchen and helped answers all of the questions we had. Highly recommend BKG. Everything was done timely and professionally. Great prices as well compared to other quotes we received.

We had BKG Design build a cabinet/desk area for our home and are thrilled with it! Noelle was very responsive and we were able to work the whole deal over the phone, with a few texts and phone calls. The construction team was awesome- quality work and very professional. Even with a 3 month pandemic we were only delayed a few weeks. We highly recommend BKG!

My husband and I recently had our kitchen designed by Taylor, who made the experience very easy and designed our new kitchen the way we wanted it without pushing this or that on us. We told her what we wanted, how we wanted it and she created it in a simple transaction, we absolutely love our new cabinets. The only thing in our opinion that was an issue was the delivery, only 2 days a week ( Tuesday and Thursday ) makes it a little rough for people, for the customers there should be more options/flexibility but DO NOT let that stop you from going there, they are absolutely great and we can not be any more pleased.

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen from BKG! Terra was so professional and helpful during the entire kitchen renovation project. Our cabinets are just beautiful and it's the kitchen we dreamed of at a wonderful price! We researched several companies, but decided on BKG for the quality, price and attentive staff! The installers were ontime, hard workers and very professional as well! We would highly recommend BKG to our family, friends or anyone else who is in the market for a new kitchen. We are 100% satisfied with the look and feel of our kitchen and glad we chose BKG!

Our experience with BKG design was a very pleasant one!! We worked with Taylor and she made the process so easy for me and my husband. Taylor is an awesome kitchen designer, and is very knowledgeable at her job! I absolutely love my new kitchen!!

My fiance and I worked with Noelle to select the dream kitchen for our first home and we were not disappointed! The customer service was phenomenal and Noelle was a pleasure to work with. The quartz counter top and wood cabinets cannot be matched anywhere else! They worked with us to meet all our needs. I would highly recommend BKG Designs for anyone; first time or fifth time looking to upgrade their kitchen!

BKG Design is a great company to use when remodeling your kitchen! We purchased the quality cabinets and installed them ourselves. The price was reasonable and the options were endless. Noelle's professional advice helped in narrowing those options and was patient in designing our kitchen. We are very satisfied with the results. Noelle and her team provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I would highly recommend BKG!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Noelle. Noelle is VERY knowledgeable and very easy to contact by phone and/or email. We provided the layout and measurements, and Noelle provided a rendering of our kitchen using our new cabinets. Pricing was also pretty reasonable! It cost the same to replace all cabinets and buy new granite countertops than to have another company paint just our cabinets.
We just received our cabinets last week and they are high quality.
Two of our cousins have used BKG, and soon my uncle will. We will definitely be using them for future home remodeling.

My remodeling company has been using BKG design for about 7 yrs. Terra is fantastic and my customers love her. Their cabinets are reasonably priced and good quality. They have many options to pick from to make your kitchen or bathroom beautiful and up to date. We are very please with the service we get from them and will be using them for the foreseeable future.

We would definitely recommend BKG. We worked with Noelle who did a great job helping us with our custom kitchen cabinet and countertop design. She was friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We feel the cabinets were a great value and everything arrived promptly and on-schedule.

We worked with Terra to design our kitchen from scratch, and we're very pleased with the results. Their showroom is relatively small, but they have all the essentials and we were able to find all the finishes we had in mind. They had no problem lending us samples to take with us to pick out counters and tile, which was really helpful. The design process was painless, and the solid wood cabinets are very well made. We had our own contractor do the installation, and he had no issues following the plans supplied by BKG. Plus, the cabinet cost was significantly less expensive than quotes we received from other companies. We would not hesitate to use BKG again.

We came across BK&G Design in a blind Google search after meeting with other kitchen companies, who didn’t listen to what we needed verse what they wanted to sell us.

We hired BK&G Design to remodel our existing kitchen layout, and add a large island to accommodate our desire to not trip over one another while cooking. The BK&G team of employees are wonderful to work with. From the planning stage to the cabinet and countertop decisions, we have been met with such professional and knowledgeable people.

Our designer, Taylor, blew us away by her actually listening to what we needed verse what is trendy. Her attention to detail is amazing. She brought creative, but functional suggestions to our design ideas. The installation crew were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable, and meticulous with the cabinet install.

We are completely impressed with the high-level of services without the high-level prices. We have received TONS of compliments on our new kitchen, and wholeheartedly recommend calling and meeting with BK&G.

Taylor was our kitchen designer at BKG and she was awesome to work with. This was our first major project and just thinking about it was overwhelming. She explained all the options of cabinets and countertops and we browsed the South Hills showroom with no pressure. She was attentive to all our questions. We had a diagram of our kitchen and she provided us with renderings which we tweaked together via email to our final plan. We removed our old cabinets and BKG was right on schedule to install the new ones. The installers were professional and did a great job. The quality of the cabinets was exceptional. We would highly recommend BKG Design for your next project!

My wife and I were going to spend thousands more with a big box company. Taylor worked closely with my wife and I to come up with the best solution for our space. The cabinets were exactly what we wanted and at a great price. We installed them ourself without any issues.

My husband and I just had our new kitchen installed, let me tell you, it’s BEAUTIFUL!
Working with Terra was wonderful, she did a great job of designing our kitchen with really good ideas to help us get the most use out of our kitchen. The two installers, Bill and Chris, did a great job making sure everything was installed correctly and in a timely fashion. They have great personalities to go along with their good work ethics. We are completely satisfied with the design and installation. We highly recommend BKG Design to all of our family and friends. We know you will be completely satisfied!

We used BKG for a recent house flip our construction company did for a client of ours. Their contractor series cabinet offered a much higher quality cabinet than found at the big box stores at a fair price. The experience was simple and easy. I'd highly recommend!

Noelle was our Kitchen Designer from BKG. Most Kitchen remodelers like to pressure their clients to purchase more than they need when choosing their dream kitchen. Not Noelle ! Working with you every step of the way and listening to what the clients want.
It was a real pleasure working with her , getting our Dream Kitchen.

I have been working with Bonnie from BKG for months on designing my dream kitchen! She has made it very smooth and easy from design and layout to picking out colors. They were wonderful and even let me change out a cabinet last minute with ease. I can't say enough about Bonnie and her wonderful work! I would recommend working with her and BKG to anyone!
