I actually had an easy and great experience with this company. Our lawn mower broke and had an estimate of a three week repair. It took less than five minutes to set up my account, and within two days, my lawn was mowed. With my work schedule, I normally would t have the time to meet with a lawn crew, but this service took the work out of it by allowing me to send the crew detailed messages about the rundown of my yard, and it alerted me when my yard had been completed. My yard also looked pretty fantastic. So I am pretty happy.

This company just took money out of my account! I never hired this company, i messaged through the thumbtack app to get lawn care. I never set up an appointment or continued any further with this company. I never gave my card information or anything to them. And just a minute ago they charged me $52 WHEN I NEVER HIRED THEM! I don’t know how they got my information but I for sure now will not be hiring this company. I have already messaged them about a refund just now. I am very very aggravated about this!! Crew routinely showed up outside the scheduled dates. Always some kind of excuse. Would skip weeks saying the grass didn't need to be cut when it did. Would then come the next week when it was super long and leave giant piles of grass all through the yard. Recently skipped several weeks and then decided to never come back. Had to restart the service. Update: Customer Service reached out to me and was very slow responding to emails. Assured me grass would be cut and refunded my service cost. The new crew that was assigned skipped the service 2 weeks in a row despite the fact the grass hadn't been cut for some time. Claimed they were sick both weeks and then my service was canceled again. Last 2 emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Ridiculous service, highly recommend staying away.
