Easy to understand

Filled out request for service. I quickly received a return email stating someone would be by the following day to look at it. I responded to verify my address. No one showed and there has been no further communication from them. It would have been better service if they would have just said they couldn't make it.

We skipped lawn service last year and our lawn was a disaster to the point it needed reseeding. We took a chance and had Kapp’s come back for the last treatment and winterizer. So glad we did other than small bare patches our lawn. Our lawn is lush and green and has been cut twice already this spring.

Rich Kopps came out to meet with me and walk my lawn, we went over the plan moving forward. Looking forward to working with him, very professional & knowledgeable

Rich came out to address our lawn after I was canceling. He is very attentive, after concerned about my lawn and our satisfaction. He informed me about what is going on with my lawn and what can be done to improve its health. Very good customer service, there is a reason why he is in the position he is in. He saved our business with Kapps!

I called the office and cancelled my services. Was not very happy with the service I received. Rich called me and wanted to talk. I spoke with him and he came out to the house to see the lawn. He said he would fix the issues and would be available to me. I called him back and he stated what he would be able to do for me. He was very understanding and emphasized his availability and support. I am now using them for the rest of this year and the next years.

Rich called me to answers some questions I had about my lawn. Answered them all, gave me a complete explanation of the plan for the year and what to do about the area I had a tree removed with no grass under it. Customer for years and continue to be happy with the results.

Employee comes to the door before working on your property. He is super friendly. I have been using the company for about 5 yrs. If you not satisfied call in and they will come back. I think their price is very reasonable. My neighbor now uses them.

Rich came out to address my concerns with my lawn. You can tell by the way he presents himself that he takes great pride in what he does and that he wants to help customers the best he can. I am happy that I have met Rich. He needs to be recognized big time!

My customer experience with Rich was excellent. My lawn this year has not been performing to what it should and I put my cancellation request in to terminate services. Upon seeing that, Rich went out to my home and looked at the lawn for himself. I was at work, however, Rich called me and discussed what he saw and what his plan was to move forward with a healthy and green lawn. He took ownership on the tech service and performance of the lawn so far and did not make excuses for the lack of performance my lawn has shown this year. Rich and I discussed a plan to move forward and ultimately has kept my business for now. My lawn plan moving forward still needs enacted, however, I am confident I will be pleased once everything is complete. Rich has gained my trust and kept me a continued customer for now! Let's hope the results are as good as promised once the treatments and services continue.
