I had an excellent experience with Ethan & Sons Plumbers in Pittsburgh. Joe and Russell came out after my sewer line got damaged when someone was laying cables behind my house. At first, they thought the blockage was from tree roots, but after a few hours of digging, they found the real problem—part of the pipe had collapsed. The hole they had to dig was so deep, you needed a ladder to get down there! By the next day, everything was fixed up and put back just like before. The best part is, since the damage was caused by the cable company, I probably won’t even have to pay for the repairs. They’re handling all the paperwork and claims, so I don’t have to worry about a thing. Joe and Russell were professional, friendly, and explained everything to me in simple terms. They made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way, and before leaving, they checked that I was happy with the work. They even took a moment during their break to say hi to our puppy, which was really nice. All in all, I’m really impressed. If you need a plumber in Pittsburgh, I definitely recommend them.
