They are absolutely the worst! Wrong diagnosis! But, because of American Water sewer line insurance I have paid for 20 years, I had no choice! I actually paid for a professional plumbing co. To show me what the problem really is. Do not ever use this Company and don’t waste your money on insurance from water company!
