Great job, very thorough and responsive. Finished a job for me on short notice and charged a reasonable price for some plumbing work for my bath tub. Great service and I would use Vince Marino again.

I've worked with Vince a few times in both my home and business. Vince always shows up and does great work. A good, honest guy. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Poor communication. Didn't show up on time. Like two days later. Had a bit of an attitude. Payment options outdated and limited.

EDIT: Please be mindfull when leaving unsatisfactory reviews you'll probably be contacted by the owner right away. I was prompted by Google to leave a quick review before going into a hour-long meeting. After returning from my meeting, unexpectedly I found that I was message and called several times by the owner shortly after.

To be fair the job was completed without anybody present and the home was left as it was. I find the business trustworthy in this sense.

It was claimed he didn't charge me for the service call and he heard nothing more from me. I have no problem paying for his services and time but if that's is the case I appreciate it but that still goes back to the communication.

Going back thru the text messages, he asked for my email and I left it for him. I checked my emails including spam folders and only receive a quote weeks later for a faucet and new shutoff valves. I didn't request a new faucet and it wasn't related to the work during the service call. I expected an invoice of where to send payment. No mention of not charging.

I also received a text about the faucet which I thought was an error since I never requested it. I thought it was for another customer so there's definitely miscommunication. I responded to the text saying that I thought he had the wrong person and I was waiting for the invoice. I was the one who received no response afterwards.

I raised my previous rating from a 2 to 3 since he was trying to be fair not charging for the service call and completed the work as requested. The communication could use improvement and multiple phone calls over a review was not necessary. I would have made it 4 stars but returning from my meeting to the unnecessary spiteful review response about "failing" to repair the faucet myself was very unprofessional and reflective of the owners character. Over a review? I only requested the service call because I had to leave for military service and was short on time to complete the work myself but he didn't mention that to the public either.
My colleagues thought my review should have been a one star since they overheard my conversation with the owner during the service call but I try to be fair in what others should expect.
