Impact has been keeping our 17 year old A/C unit running for the last 5 years….Our A/C unit died finally and Tony and their team at Impact had us up and running with a brand new unit the following day! Upgraded our new unit to properly fit the size of our home for max efficiency also! The Team was very knowledgeable, prompt and would highly recommend for a new unit or repair and service!

My long-term HVAC repair company failed me miserably, Impact was recommended to me by several people, they showed up on time and diagnosed the problems. Unfortunately I needed a whole new heat pump and air handler. They gave me a great price and had it installed quickly. Very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them as they will be my new service company

Tony & his team helped me out when my furnace died in the middle of winter, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They have honest, upfront pricing and responded to calls and texts almost immediately. The installation team was friendly and left the work spaces clean. I ended up with a new furnace and AC system at way less than the price quoted by the "big name" HVAC companies, and Impact got the systems installed THREE DAYS faster (which mattered big time because it was only 20 degrees outside). Impact installed a new furnace in a very tight area and hauled the furnaces away. Sales rep and installation staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. They did a good job cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
