Tried to buy a BBQ this evening. Paid for a BBQ and cover. Spoke to 4 people, waited 20 minutes, they never sent someone out to unlock it. So, I just returned it. If they’re not going to let customers have them, why put them out?

Went to home Depot store side ! Always stocked with whatever I need ! People roaming around assisting most of the time ! My place to go for hardware and cleaning products also bug sprays !

They have very bad service here. Good luck finding help of any sort, and when you do, it will be interesting.

Lowes has a display of shrubs , trees. Wanted to deal with home depot and to my disappointment hardly anything. Will be going back to lowes.

I'd rather give it 0 stars..One incredibly sloooow cashier,who lacks basic math skills while 6 folks wait in line..I will never return,like everything else around here..basically an extension of West Philly...bad service.

Unless you get the chance to buy the plants within days of delivery forget about it. Plant care is not something these people do. The Prmose store is the worst. Better chance to get decent plants are in the Bromall store or the one on Naamans Rd in DE.

The first items I needed (construction adhesive, batteries) no problem. Then I drove down to the garden center, found a flat top cart, wheeled it to the entrance and it was closed. It was 9:20am. I called to a staff person and he said it wasn't open yet because there was no one available to work the check out. I told him that I was after mulch and his suggestion was for me to push the cart to the main entrance and come around that way. No thank you Home Depot. You need to get your act together.

The worst experience ever purchasing kitchen cabinets. It’s been almost 2 months I’m waiting for a 12 inch cabinet base. The kitchen designers are the worst, she promised she could fit an island in center of kitchen. I wanted from the beginning a overhang with countertops and put 2 stools-but she insisted she can make it work. OMG it looked horrible, after dealing with that nightmare I had to return it to the store, ( I got a credit)my husband & daughter dragged the cabinet and the 2 piece island that was put together by my carpenter . I had to reschedule my countertops 3 Times because the cabinet base was supposed to be in 21st December. Now I’m waiting for January 3. I want it delivered to my house. I refuse to go up that store. My countertops are scheduled on the 4th since the cabinet is to arrive at store on 3rd. I was supposed to have countertops installed on the 29th because I thought a bunch of boxes that were delivered to my house was the cabinet. It’s a bunch of pull out drawers that I cannot use since I returned the horrendous island back. The vendor mike from American heritage cabinets was another ignorant person who I tried calling him and left messages who did nothing to help or answer me! Please consider another place before you decide to go with Home Depot. I also expect compensation after the run around I’ve experienced. Watch out the home designers (2 women) have no idea what they are doing. Once you pay for everything up front you are screwed!
