The younger man with the beard took my money for a job to fix something then never returned to fix it. They also will not return my phone calls. I would give zero stars if I could.

I used durkin for a dishwasher repair they came right fast had the part very nice friendly great price highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

Called this morning, here by 11:00, super punctual, polite and friendly! I had checked the price of the part I knew was needed and the bill was spot on!! Great grandfather and grandson team!! Have used multiple times!

Diagnosed the problem with my gas dryer and fixed it immediately. The dryer works great! I would definitely recommend using them and would use them again in the future.

Please be wary. Told us we needed a new part --that only they could order-- and it was going to cost more than $300. Another company came out the next day and said that part was fine. It was another issue entirely that was $20 to fix. They also misled about the cost of the service call / assessment too. Please be very wary and use someone else if at all possible to be safe.

Make sure to ask for a quote before they come. I don't know what these services generally run but it was about 50% more than I expected.

Also not sure what the second guys job was. Both guys were nice enough and when they left the dishwasher worked so I can't complain too much.

Had an appointment scheduled at 4pm. I personally had to call around 5pm to see if anyone was coming out. When I called I was told that they couldn’t make the appointment and wanted to reschedule for the next day. A phone call from the business would have been nice.

They were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Would trust them with any future repairs needed. Thanks!

I'd go zero stars if I could. They came out to my house to fix my squeaking dryer. Changed out a part and it didn't fix the problem. They came back and changed out another part, which in turn damaged my sensor. They didn't return a call, then answered another call saying they'd come out today. They never came. Just atrocious.
