Excellent service in both installation and office support. Great communication: arrived on time and used texting to let me know when they were on their way. Very clean workmanship.
They went the extra mile with my old system during the very cold weather to keep my home warm until the installation of the new system could be started. They stuck to the original estimate.

They were awesome. I highly recommend them. Extremely nice and hard working. They left everything better than before.

I had not had my unit looked at for several years and decided it was time. The technicians who came out were young, very pleasant and professional. I was worried they would find something wrong after such a long time between service but aside from charging it up and changing the filter, they found nothing. It was a great experience.

Melissa and Chris are a great team. Kincaid goes above and beyond for clients. Timely, answers questions. Good people, helping people stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I also love that they can do their own fabrication. Not every company does that!

Had mini splits installed in 5 rooms. Chris and the crew were great. System was sized properly, and the installation went smoothly. Very clean and professional.

I have dealt with numerous companies over my 74 years. Many provided shoddy service. Kincaid stands far and above most companies I have dealt with. Chris, Melissa and Sean are PROFESSIONAL +. I highly recommend this HVAC company.

AC unit stopped working on a Saturday night in the middle of July. Called a couple “24/7” companies with no call backs. Called Kinkaid Sunday morning and Chris answered right away and was at my door in an hour. Was worried I’d have to replace the whole unit since it’s old, but he fixed the problem in a half hour. Great service and prices. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Kinkaid HVAC is a top notch professional HVAC contractor. They have installed a heating and ventilation system in my investment property and they service my home heating systems. Melissa is a great manager and Chris is the best HVAC technician. And Chris will always tell you like it is and remove all the smoke and mirrors with understanding heating and air conditioning systems.

Chris is an amazing technician and has an incredibly professional and friendly demeanor! Melissa (who is the office manager) is also equally friendly and professional!! I just feel so fortunate to have been referred to Kinkaid!
Chris and his team came out to our home to clean out duct work and sanitize all duct work with a uv light!
The same day we were having the duct cleaning done, we were also having our washer and dryer delivered.
Just as the lowes delivery guys noticed a leak on my water shut off valve, there was a knock at the door and it was Chris!
I opened the door in a panic and said “good morning… do you know how to work with plumbing as well”. He took a look and went out of his way to help us and completely fixed our issue!!!!!!

On top of that, we now have clean duct work!!!! Yay!
Very happy customers here. Can’t wait to refer everyone I know their way and will certainly use kinkaid for the replacement of our system when the time comes!

We absolutely recommend Kinkaid Heating & Air Conditioning! Not only was their consumer service super nice and friendly - that's always a good start - but the technician they sent out was polite and knowledgeable. Have needed to use different heating and air conditioning services over the years at various residences and always had some problem with them either not showing up, not being able to fix the problem, or fixing the problem only to have it break again - totally NOT the case with Kincaid! Would absolutely recommend them!

Outdoor AC unit stopped working around 4pm. Chris was able to adjust his busy schedule and was at my place by 730 am the next day to troubleshoot and fix it. Staff is kind and courteous. Highly recommend.
