John Kinkaid provides yearly maintenance service for my 20+ year system. They keep me and my family safe and warm. The technicians are prompt, clean and reliable. This 4th generation owned family business is top-notch and one that I recommend without hesitate.

My first impression of John A Kinkaid HVAC was a very good one. We made an appointment to have our heating unit checked out since we bought this home a couple years ago amd it was an older home. Melissa was very kind and very easy to work with. The appointment was set for today. We were so pleased with the service. The technician arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but didn’t come to our door till the appointment time at 9:00. Mohammed, the technician, handled our very loud barking dogs very kindly. He then proceeded downstairs to check out our heating unit. He was thorough, quick and didn’t make a mess. He told us we were in good shape. Mohammed was very polite and We would welcome him in our home any time. We feel very comfortable recommending John A Kinkaid HVAC!

Big thanks to Kinkaid for a great install of our split system. Looks great and works very well for our home. The guys worked so well together that in a short time they were finished. Highly recommend

One of the hottest days of the year during a holiday weekend and Chris at Kinkaid was out to check out our AC unit within an hour of calling. And we had a solution within 20 minutes. Top notch service, practical advice, and good value.

Melissa is absolutely fantastic. She was able to get me scheduled right away. When it came to Pete coming out to the house, he was totally professional and able to answer any of the questions that I had. Would definitely use them again.

Chris came out to do maintenance on our AC unit. It is older, and we know we will have to replace it soon. He was very honest, told us it is still working fine, and gave us ways to extend the life until we invest in a new unit. Really appreciate his expertise

I have used more than a few HVAC companies. This is the no brainer option, honestly, trustworthy and very fair. I use them for all of my preventative maintenance needs twice each year. The replacements my heater and I am always happy and satisfied.

Chris installed a new mini split system in my living room and in 2 bedrooms at my home. Great company to deal with. Everything was explained from start to finish. Highly recommend and my house is nice and cool now!!

I've had many different companies service the oil boilers in my houses over the years. None of them match the knowledge and expertise that Kinkaid brings. When it came time for a full system replacement, there was no question that Kinkaid would get the job.

Chris was meticulous with sizing the system to our home despite having older radiators with unknown specifications. He also made a number of improvements during the installation to ensure the best performance for our home. His recommendations on which heater to go with and the addition of an indirect water storage tank have made our home the warmest and most comfortable it has ever been.

I came home from vacation and walked into a sweltering house! Within 4 days my problem was diagnosed, detailed estimate obtained and brand new heating and AC system installed! Chris is amazing! Very kind hardworking and answered all my questions. I 100% recommend Kincaid for all your HVAC needs.

The team at John A Kincaid has been doing a great job servicing my HVAC system, but they certainly go above and beyond. When we had a noise every time our AC turned on, we were concerned something major went. Chris at Kinkaid is amazing. He's the most attentive, thorough, thoughtful, and all-around friendliest service provider we have ever worked with. He's the only person I'll call for HVAC issues. And when he's in our home, I know I can ask Chris any question about my home and maintenance and he will take the time to explain what he knows and recommend someone he trusts to do the job -- if he can't. Kinkaid installed 5 mini splits at my home. I wish this review gave me the option to give them 10 stars! They are excellent! Chris (and his team, Pablo and Pete) are extremely efficient, hardworking and thorough. Chris’ extensive experience and knowledge are obvious as he proceeded through every installment. Their preparation is impressive and their cleanup is remarkable. Every part of my experience with Chris exceeded my expectations. I will always recommend Kinkaid with great pleasure.

Kinkaid HVAC was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We needed our water heater replaced quickly, and they got us taken care of fast. Melissa was incredibly kind and patient—especially when I was completely stressed out—and she reassured us they would be there the very next morning.

Chris and his assistant arrived promptly and provided outstanding service. Chris noticed the old water heater had not been set up properly. They corrected everything, fixed old/pending issues, and ensured it was installed correctly. They were extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which we truly appreciated.

Then, a week later, our heater started acting up again—and once again, Melissa immediately got us scheduled for the following morning. They also replaced our thermostat and made sure everything was working perfectly.

Recently purchased a home and had interior drywall work done. Those contractors recommended Kinkaid for HVAC work. I set up a HVAC cleaning and service to ensure safety of the unit going into winter. very nice tech and appointment went well.

I Decided I also wanted to install a new thermostat with sensors so I could balance the heat a bit more. Another tech came out to install the thermostat. Was not friendly like the first tech, didn’t seem he knew how the thermostat even worked (that they recommended) and told me “to YouTube” things and I could figure it out. Not only that, they decided to take with them my perfectly fine Honeywell thermostat, that was replaced, without asking and then claimed “they aren’t sure what happened to it”. When I scheduled the job I spoke to another tech who quoted it around $200, of course hard to accurately estimate over phone, but less than an hours work and the bill was $375. Unfortunately won’t be using this company again.
