I have been using Eldredge Cleaning Service for about a year and have always been very happy with the cleaners they send and the quality of the work. Both Shannon and Jonathan have been amazing. They are remarkably thorough and the house sparkles when they leave. They are always on time, wonderful with my dog, pleasant and conscientious. There is a reason every review is five stars!

Beth is great at communication and Marisa, our usual technician, is reliable, thorough, and consistently does a great job. Also all technicians we’ve had are comfortable with our loud but friendly dogs. It makes me feel more comfortable. Highly recommend Eldredge!

Nellie, Jocelyn and Samantha recently did a deep clean for my daughter and son-in-law with the arrival of our first granddaughter. Nellie in particular was wonderful as she wasted no time getting started as her other colleagues finished up another job. The house looked great!

My regular technician Alyson is amazing, as are all the technicians who have cleaned for me. They are reliable and conscientious about their work and I fully recommend them without reservation - they have a great team.!

I recently canceled my service with Eldredge Cleaning, LLC after repeated issues with the quality of cleaning. Overall, the service was very mediocre. I constantly had to point out basic things that were missed—like countertops left unwiped (coffee rings still visible), bathtubs not properly scrubbed, and floors that weren’t actually cleaned. Their version of mopping was just spraying cleaner and wiping it up with a dry mop pad, which didn’t remove dirt.

Despite multiple calls to the office to address these concerns, nothing ever changed. They assured me they would work on providing a more consistent cleaner so that the quality would improve, but almost every visit, I had someone new.

The service was inexpensive, but unfortunately, the cleaning was often done by half measures more often than not. Even though some of the cleaners that worked for them were awesome they most weren't great. If you’re looking for thorough, reliable cleaning, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Orlando and Joanna are amazing. Excellent work, attention to smallest details, left our home spotless. Very pleased with the outcome. As to customer service, really appreciate how Jessica and Heather responded to any concerns, no matter how minor. Eldredge Cleaning provides the highest quality service. Most important is having personnel in your home that you trust.

It’s a very reliable service and I trust Sam in my home even when I am not there. My kids even love when she comes because she organizes all the stuffed animals on their beds every time. Just had our first professional cleaning done by Tasha, Ryver and Lexus and they did a fantastic job! They were so professional, went above and beyond and were so nice. We work from home so I was worried it would be weird with us being home but they were so great and worked around our meetings to get to the offices. They really seemed to enjoy working for Eldredge as a company so I'm very happy to continue patronizing them for our future bi-weekly cleanings!
